Hey, I've also been microneedling every 10 days which I think is helping. For the rosemary & castor oil my theory is that it's the prolonged exposure time of applying it overnight that's the differentiator (I wash my hair every 2-3 days so technically it's still on my scalp during some day times). Previously I was following the guidelines to wash the topical solution out after 20-30 minutes, which now seems like an odd recommendation if you want to maximise absorption. If PSO and rosemary oil are your "active" ingredients then you could add in castor oil as the "base" oil, I've found it to be more pleasant than either coconut oil or grapeseed oil, which are two other common suggestions.
