- In what was the most obvious award of the evening, Darren Ambrose walked away with honour. It doesn't matter how many times you watch it, the buzz never seems to diminish when the ball hits the top left hand corner of the net.
RIP Mark. That moment of Darren, you and your lads, will live with us forever. #CPFCFamily

Rest in peace Mark.
I cry every time I watch this goal ! Nice one Darren!!!!! Palace till I die.
From a Brighton fan, this is one of the best goals I've ever seen.
As a United fan, it hurt seeing this go in, but i couldn't sit and do nothing, i had to stand and applaud. An absolute beauty, and i won't ever forget it!
Watched Palace for 49 years. So glad to have been there for this goal. The best I have ever seen.
I'm not a palace or Man U fan but this has to be one of the best goals I have ever seen

Wow what a feeling seeing that go in, proud is an understatement, I've seen Dazza score some stunning goals and you always think he can't beat that, well he proves me wrong again, Darren Ambrose I salute you.
Seeing the Dad with his sons priceless, it will never be forgotten
RIP Mark
love the sound of the net ripple, never gets boring
Brought a tear to this battle-hardened Millwall fans' eye who still remembers fallen down the grass slope at The Whitehorse Lane End in the Late 1960's when Millwall went 2/1 up to win the game.
RIP Mark. Terribly sad.
One of the best goals I've ever seen! Will always remember you Darren! -Charlton Athletic supporter-
Bye darren, wish you the best of luck at birmingham and thankyou for all your help at palace. Gonna miss you
Forget all the money of the premier league, that bloke and his two kids really reminded me what football is all about. (cardiff fan)
RIP Mark. You'll always be palace.
Have watched this many times, but in the words of Andre Mortitz at the Amex after we disposed of Brighton; "Fackingetindare"
I've got goosebumps all over me, gutted he's left, i'll always remember him for the saving goal at hillsborough. Palace legend through and through.
Just astonishing, this really is! Pure Class, will never forget the goal or the match!

This will never get old!! Unforgettable night.
one of the best players the club has ever seen, he will be missed by the club and most all by the fans.
He did stuff like that like clockwork-once every season. To be fair you're very lucky to do one thing like that in your whole life.

I actually can't believe he's gone. So much respect for the man but christ, this is a sad loss for the club
I was there that day. Had to sit in the United fans coz my mate had free tickets and he's a Red. Would've been amazing in the away fans. Still, I was there! (Palace fan)
still remember this like it was yesterday.
Still gives me goosebumps what a night
ily darren.
Gary Neville said it was the best goal ever scored against Utd at OT
Redefines the word 'sublime'.......

Song is To Build A Home, By The Cinematic Orchestra
RIPMark
Long live the king of long shots
just shows how much it means to us!
Had the ability to go far further but it never quite happened. He certainly looked the more talented of the two Darrens in Ipswich Town youth but obviously Darren Bent fulfilled his potential.
0:46 guy on the left gets punched by his team mate. Haha
Clyne
Im a ManUnited Fan but that was a fantastic goal :) I was screaming :D

Sweet strike into the top corner!!
Toby Hayes that’s my cousin for you 😄
Awesome player! Can't wait to see him at Blues! KRO!!!!
miss him so much
im so glad i was there that day :) coyp
Ok, you evidently are 14 years old, so i will clarify this for you... NONE of the Palace fans who went to Old Trafford expected to win! It was just a day out watching Palace play Man Utd. So the fans have a fucking big reason to be happy in my opinion.
Now here are some things to consider:
A) This Video is about the goal only, not the overall victory!
B) It doesn't matter if that goal was scored in a friendly, or the champions league... It's still a fucking good goal!
What a goal!
WE ALL MISS HIM RIP DARREN AMBROSE TO BIRMINHAM
Gary Neville "Best goal scored against Man U at Old Trafford"
Song = The Cinematic Orchestra - To build a home
Well said.
