it’s just the installation file. you need to eject once you are done

Hi! Nice video man, I was struggling so much with this.
I just have a question, I’ve followed your steps one by one, but at the end of the installation I could see at the right top of the home screen some kind of icon (like if there’s an external disk called “Google Chrome” and also appears at the left side of the finder under the “location” section.
I just re-watched your video and I could see you had them too, but at the end of the video you got rid of them, sooo, how did you get rid of them? Hahaha 😩

MBA M1. My system preferences doesn’t look anything like yours. You have icons for each thing. Like Privacy had an icon. My screen doesn’t look like that. How do I get that screen? Mine is just the name of the file on the left hand side of the pop up window. And when I hit security/privacy doesn’t look anything like yours. Thanks everyone. Oh
And mine say SYSTEM SETTINGS, not PREFERENCES. No lock icon anywhere and nothing looks like this at all.
Ended up following everything and it worked. Still wondering why my screen didn’t pop up all this icons or say system preferences
