I stumbled across your channel awhile back and I have to say you are a really skilled narrator. You speak clearly and you don't go too fast or too slow. I also like how you make references to things that you've talked about previously so that people are able to follow along and don't get confused. Keep it up!
Another great video!!! well done. I love all your videos about Boardwalk Empire. Just 2 points of interest if I may. Myer and Lucky helped form the commission not coalition. And number two?, who in the hell ever thought that Mickey Doyle would last until the second to the last episode. Keep the great videos coming!
sir.. never in my life will i ever watch a 5second ad..... but the lord was looking down on you my brother.... spiritbox new single was playing. lol i hope that helps
It definitely portrays Luciano a lot differently than what I've heard or read. It also makes it look like English was his first language but he was actually born in Sicily. I don't mind if an actor takes some artistic license but I was definitely upset that they made it look like he was some trigger happy madman when the reason he was so successful was because of his discipline, not getting very emotional and bringing gangs together peacefully so they could all make as much money as possible. This is one thing that almost every Hollywood gangster film falls victim to imo and that is this idea that every gangster and mob associate has a short fuse and will kill someone just for saying good morning. Sure guys like that have existed but they never last very long because of how bad for business they are. When I saw this show the first time I knew without having to check that the Gyp Rosetti character was fictional. Kiiling ordinary tax payers for something as trivial as explaining what 3 in 1 oil is. Rosetti was funny for sure but not realistic
@incognito-cq4yu You are absolutely correct. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying he was a role model who was going to church every Sunday but he was way more cod and calculated than his character in the show
I love these characters and when was coming down to killing characters off I knew a bit of the really history of these two so i wasn’t worried about them surviving the show
