I’m so defeated with the new I got that they don’t rent the machine out or take insurance.

In St. Louis, yes 😢 only one place offers it, $4000 Im so mad and frustrated as a musician who suffers 9 out of 10 tinnitus 24/7 there is no way I can afford that in this economy trying to raise a family. I feel so defeated because this seemed so promising.
