    I’m a 40 year sufferer with tinnitus TMD and chronic ear fullness. After decades of searching for treatments it never occurred to me or any of my physicians to stretch out my jaw like this. After doing these exercises one time I immediately felt a change and an improvement. My ears are starting to open up. I have a long way to go but this has given me so much hope. Thank you and God bless you! ~Mark

    Dear Doctor. You have literally given me back the ability to sleep without crying for hours that my life will never be the same and I won't live to be 25 (I'm 24). I have been suffering from tinnitus for about 6 months and have tried so many things ( neck exercises among others) but nothing has reduced the ringing to less than 4 out of 10. Every night I remember how peaceful I used to sleep peacefully and how simple my life was, this ringing literally destroys the will to live. Recently, I noticed that when I clench my jaw hard, the ringing gets stronger. This made me think that my jaw might be connected to the ringing in my ears. I've had bruxism since childhood. I found your video and decided that this method is also worth a try, and OH Miracle! First my head is a few pounds lighter! It was like the sun suddenly came out after a bad thunderstorm. The pressure in my head went down, my tinnitus level became very low, about 1 out of 10 and I turned off all the gadgets just to listen to the silence I had lost so long ago for a couple minutes. I cried with happiness because I finally realized the connection between the tension in my jaw and the tinnitus. I'm so happy, my dear friend! You saved my life, I have a great hope that by practicing for a long time - I will be able to enjoy peace and quiet again!

      @@vidishasambariya_vloging Hi, sorry I didn’t realise someone answered to my message.
      I did the exercises every morning and evening for two weeks, and it really reduced the tinnitus a lot, on a scale of one to 10, I'm somewhere around 1-2, enough to distract myself and fall asleep without headphones or special background sounds. Then, when I started falling asleep without gadgets, I got lazy to keep exercising - and now my tinnitus is back at level 4-5. Today, I plan to keep doing the exercises, I will not pause and will continue for at least three months every day. Also, I am doing neck exercises, I think it should be done together with these exercises, the osteopath explained to me that the tension is related to stress, and if you remove the tension from the jaw - the body will still have to compensate for this tension and will just transfer it to another part of the body. I had this - first tinnitus, when the tinnitus decreased, I started to feel a lump in my throat, if I worked on the lump in my throat, the tension would go to my neck and I’ll start being constantly dizzy. If I didn't have all that, my hands would shake. Anyway, I realized that I need to do exercises for my jaw + neck (because those are my weak spots) and I'm trying to learn how to meditate to calm my mind, because my psychosomatics are working 100%. As soon as I am offended, stressed, worried about something, I definitely start to feel pain and strange sensations all over my body and start looking for different diseases. I really advise you to learn to meditate too, it helps a lot. Because the tension in your jaw is not just for nothing, believe me. It's caused by stress. Even if you do not recognize it, you have it in the background and it is accumulating.
      Good luck to you! Tell me how you are coping with it too!

    Hello, I am very happy to have found you and watched your videos. For about four months, I had tinnitus in my left ear. I went to the otolaryngologist. He said I had to live with it. I had very difficult days. I had a panic attack. I couldn't sleep for days. I had to go to psychiatry. The antidepressants he gave me were very good. In the meantime, I continued my research and watched many videos. I tried many things. they all helped me get through this process, but it only relieved my tinnitus, but it didn't go away. I finally found you. I have been doing the exercises in this video for about 15 days. My tinnitus went down to 10 percent. As long as I continue these exercises, I think this sound will disappear completely. Good luck to you. God bless you. Thanks for every video.

      Hi Ayşegül. I hope you can see my message. Did you also have bruxism? I mean is the reason of your tinnitus clenching your teeth? I have tinnitus in my right ear for about 3 months. I saw many doctors form different branches, they have nothing to say. Even one of them had had tinnitus also. I had bruxism for a long time that I can’t remember. After watching this video and reading your comment i got hope that i could heal finally. I’ll definitely give this a go. I hope you reply me so that i could get one more step close to the treatment. @@stupidusernamez464 Hi, I've had tmj issues for many years due to a very stressful life and I clenched my teeth a lot (bruxism) causing many problems. So the balancing and repair of this will probably be something I'll always have to address. Also breaking the subconscious habit of clenching my teeth when stressed, is something I constantly have to watch out for and stop as soon as I notice what I'm doing.
      I can say doing these movements have worked well for me to release the tightness and some strengthening feels good.
      I often do this at night when my day is done and I can relax. I hope this helps you on your journey to better health. All the best to you. 🌻... Edited ...btw my dds made a bite splint to protect my teeth. And biting on the hard plastic surface tells my brain immediately that I'm starting to clench my teeth..
      So I try to relax my jaw, neck and shoulders. But, these exercises are a good accompaniment.

      Thank you for your comment! It's great to hear you want to take care of your health and try our exercises to help yourself naturally against your cervical issues and tinnitus rather than taking medication or relying on external help. 💪 Many cases of this permanent and annoying disorder seem to stem from muscular-fascial tensions in the cervical spine that can be easily released by doing these simple exercises. 👆🙂 Usually, these exercises should be suitable for cervical issues and neck problems. However, since we can't and must not properly evaluate your individual case from a distance, it may be better to check in with your physician before you attempt any of the exercises (just as a precaution). 🙏 Please also get more detailed information and further pain-relieving tips in this informative article on the cause, symptoms, and treatment of tinnitus. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-eptinnitus We hope this helps. • @waterfuel
      @waterfuel Год назад +3

      Yes, wide jaw exercises and massaging hard around the ear. The brain then no longer has to send compensating signal that causes the change that causes ringing in the ear. The far back corner of jaw probably got a change of state that affected the ear that needed compensation , (that was the brain pulses for ringing.) The body reacts to changes it doesn't like. Such as occasional fluttering eyelids and pain cramp in leg for no reason. The body knows and tells you, you have a lack of magnesium. When lower back hurts, it means you have not done enough exercise and hard labor. The stomach abdomen muscles have to perform work when lifting objects. If weak, then the weak back muscles try to compensate, and can't. Do those hard set ups to strengthen front, so the back does not get involved with lifting. The back small discs slide back and forth very slightly and will go back in place later on, away from the back nerve. Migraine head pain on one side of head is caused by body allergy to substance mostly in food. If accompanied by eye aura flashes, it is a stronger allergy, such as bananas or nitrites in packaged prepared meat. Think nature foods!! There are special offices for FEES for final treatment of long substance allergies. See data on NAET locations for retraining brain to negate symptoms , or you can just make up list of offending food types to avoid. A long time back, I had constant pain 24hrs in chest center for 8 months. Doctor only gave pain pills and sent me home. I looked up in medical book and found out about tietze syndrome. It was lack of calcium in body. I don't drink milk or take dairy products that have calcium. The body has it's involuntary process called metabolism and will take calcium from where ever it can get it. With calcium supplements, I cured myself.

    I stumbled upon a method of using a vibrator to quiet the tinnitus. The science behind it is to transmit the vibrations along the cartilage from the external ear to the auditory nerve inside the brain.
    IT ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES. PLEASE CHECK IT OUT
    I used a small electric shaver and placed the non-cutting end to the part of the ear near the entrance of the ear canal. You will probably need to move around that area a bit until you find the spot that gives most benefits.
    The vibrating sound can be quite loud so don’t apply it too long. After each try, assess the effectiveness.
    Initially, I tried 2-3 spots for 1-2 minutes, they were not effective until I raised the duration to 3 minutes.
    Please report back on your experience.

    I just did these exercises, not sure I did them correctly, but I tried. I didn't feel any relief for my tinnitus. I have had on and off ringing in my left ear for the last 5 days, 24/7 and at times it fills full. I've tried other exercises which have helped but not this time. It comes back but I have never had it persistent or the loudness which changes frequencies for this long. I drink teas for stress, vitamins & minerals, green smoothies, L-Theanine, yoga, etc. I also had vertigo last year so I had a hearing test done and no hearing loss,. My Dr. prescribed Allegra and Flonase for allergies as well. She prescribed SSRI meds since I have anxiety. I have an audiologist test and ENT appts next month. I am so frustrated.

    My tinnitus began at the same time as a piercing pain on the left side of my jaw. I thought it was an ear infection but it isn't. I've been trying to fix it myself with stretches and massage but wasn't really sure I was on the right track. So, this is wonderful to have these structured exercises and encouragement for the right timing.
    Update. I also downloaded some 'soundscapes' at the right frequency to 'trick' the aural nerve into shutting up. And some shiatsu and lymph drainage for the head vids. I don't know what combination helped.. but I woke up this morning to SILENCE!!! Thanks ALL of you 'RUclips doctors' musicians, therapists etc who actually HELP people, don't just say 'incurable, get used to it."

      Hi there 🙂
      Thanks for your question! Usually, you should still be able to do these exercises, although we're not able to properly evaluate your individual condition from a distance. Therefore, we'd recommend you to check in with your physician before you attempt any of the exercises. 💪 If your doctor gives you the all-clear, please always use your personal pain scale from one to ten as a guide when pressing, rolling, or performing stretches. You will get the best results if you always work at a level eight or nine. Nine means that you feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up. Remembering this pain scales ensures that you're not harming your body or worsening your pain. 🙂
      Best wishes,
      Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

    does after doing this exercise cause tightness between jaw and ear.

      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  2 года назад

      Hi there 👋
      Thanks for your comment! If you perform this exercise, you can certainly feel a tight feeling between your jaw and ear. This "first worsening" of your tense muscles is normal since your body starts to react to these exercises. If they haven't been stretched for a while, they became sore and stiff, so they first have to get used to the new movement patterns. If this is happening to you, we still recommend you to repeat the exercises regularly, even though it might sound wrong at first. But this is how you can counteract the pain and get pain relief in the long run. 💪
      Just be careful, as this may also be a signal from your body that you are overdoing things. Therefore, remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide and always work at a level 8 or 9. This is when you feel intense pain, but you're still able to breathe calmly and you don't have to tense up. 🙂🙏
      In our five pillars of practice at the end of this article you can find further tips on how this pain scale works and how to perform our exercises correctly. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-eptinnituslie-br.com/yt-cm3-tg If you have any questions, just contact us again. 🙂 We'd love to hear how you get on, please keep us posted!

    I had a tooth pulled a few years ago the very next day when I woke up my family left the room. It was quiet. I heard the ringing right away. It’s never stopped or changed. It’s just one continuous noise most months. It’s pretty bad. There does seem to be a few months each year where it is not as bad but right now it’s unbearable. Nothing I’ve tried so far has helped.

      My mom had same problem too. She was complaining about how she can't sleep every night. a few months she didn't take this seriously but eventually she was seen by her doctor and the doctor advised a supplement. But first days didn't show any effects SO she had to patient and after a few weeks she became better. This thing started to happen to me as well. It's genetics i guess and was here to find out actually. Anyway ill get this supplement too probably. because that worked out for my mom. if you're interested, I put the supplement link on my channel "about" section to help you.

    What if you got loud 'noise' in your ears, not so much ringing, and crackling when swallowing, is this more to do with inner ear congestion? Does a tight jaw relate to inner ear crackling/eustachian tube disfunction? Thanks
