  • TINNITUS TREATMENT: HOW TO CURE TINNITUS FAST AND NATURALLY
    - Easy tinnitus treatment: This video gives you a step-by-step guide on how to get rid of your tinnitus naturally and quickly.
    - Pain specialist Roland Liebscher-Bracht explains what mainly triggers tinnitus. You will understand how the tension in your head and neck area can cause tinnitus symptoms.

    - A third tinnitus stretching exercise shows you how to stretch your neck and back for instant tinnitus relief. This exercise is also very effective in treating various types of headaches as well as preventing these headaches.
    - Keep practicing these easy exercises and you will be able to manage your tinnitus, reduce tinnitus or even get rid of your tinnitus.

Thanks for the life saving video head exercise it really helps clear up my Tinnitus. I spend few min everyday (continue for few months) doing the neck exercise & eventually day after day the ringing sound in ear becomes softer, in a sense it did not bother me anymore or i would say success in habituated. Think it is effective for people suffering cervical (neck related) tinnitus, no harm just give it a try. Pray and hope yours will be softer & eventually fade away. May God continue to bless all Tinnitus sufferer here.

@@Liebscher.Bracht_EN I just tried these exercises and indeed I felt better instantly. I can't thank you enough. I have a question:
My tinnitus started from the very moment I got a cervical hernia while doing handstand pushups. Thank Allah, the intensity of noise has been getting less and less noticeable. Do you think my tinnitus is related to neck muscle tension?

Following the steps described here, I CURED my tinnitus problems (95%+). At night, when the surrounding is quiet, at times the tinnitus sound (right ear) appeared. With the head (neck) movements described in this video I could get rid of that within just two seconds. For jaw massaging I used my palms (not any ball), and for massaging the back of the head (adjacent to the ears) I used my fingers. Not light touches, but a bit hard pressurized. With circular motion and linear top-to-bottom rubbing (as shown in the video). At times, if I blow my nose hard, or do some typical Yoga where head moment is involved (as in Sun Salutation Yoga), I get in to an emergence of the mild continuous tinnitus sound. Immediately then, I start doing the head (neck) movement described in this video. Within 3 seconds that tinnitus sound goes away.

    two weeks update!
i have been doing the exercises twice a day for two weeks now, with one day off as recommended. i always make sure to either take a hot shower or use a heating pad prior to doing the exercises to make sure my muscles are relaxed.
    so...
the 'bad news' is that while i have made a little progress, the tinnitus is still there. not that i expected it to magically disappear either...! that being said, it's slightly less loud than it used to be, and i even woke up twice with no tinnitus at all! (but it only lasted until i got out of bed and started moving.)
the GOOD news, however, is that this morning, while doing the last stretch shown in this video, i got a sudden, big spike in my tinnitus volume (i often get spikes while stretching, but they're usually not that loud and sudden). i also noticed that a very specific point below the occipital area felt rather painful. i massaged the back of my neck and relaxed my muscles, then i pressed firmly, but not too hard, on the painful spot... and within a few minutes, my tinnitus was almost completely gone??? it went from a 5 to a 1/10. that really blew my mind. (i also wish i'd realized soon i had an on/off switch all this time. 😂)
i wanted to say thank you again, because thanks to this video, i was finally able to precisely identify where the tinnitus comes from. (as i suspected, my good ol' occipital neuralgia is playing a part in this.)
to anyone with somatic tinnitus who reads this, do give these exercises a try - it's definitely worth a shot. and be patient... a few weeks ago, i was so discouraged and was persuaded nothing could help me alleviate my tinnitus... but i'm glad i was proven wrong.
my tinnitus slowly went back to a 3/10 throughout the day, but it always gets louder at night for me. i will keep doing these exercises and be patient.
thank you again. and to everyone struggling with tinnitus, good luck. try to stay positive, get enough rest, stay hydrated, do your best to manage your fears and anxiety... and hang in there. ♥️

I've had rather severe tinnitus off/on for about 3 years. At night it is the worst - often keeping me await until pure exhaustion sets in. Went to a massage therapist yesterday who spent 45 minutes focusing on the exact muscle groups discussed in video. Today I am literally sore BUT I SLEPT WELL LAST NIGHT for the first time in many months!! And the tinnitus is about 1/2 of what it was.
Your exercises will be a huge bonanza for me since I can't afford massage on a frequent basis. To me, this is like exercise...you don't go to the gym just one time...you have to go on a regular basis to see a difference. Thank you so much!!

      Hello 🙂
Thanks for sharing your experience with us! If your tinnitus gets worse at the beginning, it's not unusual because everything in your body is waking up and progressing. Your muscles and fascia start to respond to the exercises, which is actually a good sign and means they are working. If that's happening, we recommend you to keep doing these exercises, as this is how you can counteract the pain and manage your tinnitus in the long run. 💪

What i noticed after watching this video, is that when i open my mouth fully wide, the tinnitus sound decreases a little and if i tilt my head back while im doing this, it decreases even more. However, when i return my head back to a natural position, the louder ringing resumes

Please get more detailed information on the causes, symptoms, and treatment of tinnitus in this article. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-eptinnitus It helps you to understand how your tinnitus is caused and how doing our exercises regularly can sustainably reduce your pain - in a natural way. 💪 Give these exercises a try, practise daily for at least 2 mins per stretch for real results and let us know how you got on! We have several exercises against tinntius that are shown in the video above that have been proven to help manage your tinnitus. 🙂👆 We've found that most causes of pain are due to tense muscles and fascia, so our therapy is designed to target key pressure points within the body to help it relax and release any built up tension. This also applies to tinnitus which can be caused by dysfunction of the cervical spine and too much tension in your neck. I woke up with tinnitus in my left ear on Feb 6th 2020. It's been going pretty strong since.
I've been doing these exercises everyday for almost 3 weeks and there's no real change.
Should I be seeing any results by now?
Using a roller on the back of my head points out how tight some of the muscles are. I cleared up some of the pain in my jaw using a ball but a the pain at the base of my skull remains.
I guess I'll keep going to see if I can work out some of the tightness.

Its probably NIHL Noise induced hearing loss that caused his Tinnitus. I was a drummer for years and developed Tinnitus when 19. Have it over 20 years. He will have to learn to live with it. Overtime your brain will block out the sound. If he continues drumming wear ear protection. Overtime rhe intensity of my tinnitus went down to a low volume ringing where I barely noticed it. But now my right ear is louder than ever. Tell him to mind his ears. Also never use ear buds to listen to music or phone calls.

@@Liebscher.Bracht_EN I just started since having 24 7 tinnitus for a month except when sleeping. I found a muscle you noted at the back of the head that comes up to the ear that when I massaged it I found a super tender spot...I massaged it and I noticed the ringing change a bit, now the spot is hurting from massaging like a knot, and the ringing is still there but less. I am hoping continuing this over the next weeks will do the trick.

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  2 года назад +1

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's great you already found some relief. 😍 A first worsening of your pain at this tender spot after exercising for the first time is normal due to your body’s natural reaction. It even means you're working on the right spot. 💪 Your muscles and fasciae kind of "wake up" and start to respond to the exercises. If they haven't been stretched in a while, they became sore and stiff, so they first have to get used to the new movement patterns. We're happy to hear you keep doing these stretches, since the more regularly you perform them, the more effective these exercises will be and the less your ringing will be. 🙏🙂 Please keep us updated on how you feel!
Just be careful, as a first worsening of your pain may also be a signal from your body that you are overdoing things. Hence, remember to use your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide and always aim at working at a level 8 or 9. This is when you feel intense pain, but you're still able to breathe calmly and you don't have to tense up. 🙂🙏 In our five pillars of practice in this article you can find further tips on how this pain scale works and how to perform our exercises correctly. Give it a read! 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-eptinnitus

On November 15th I got TMJ for the first time in my life this week Monday. I mistaken it for an ear infection or ruptured ear drum. Went to my doctor the next day and surprised yet relieved it was none of those but TMJ. Though a few hours laters the ringing started. Luckily though the pain has subsided rather quickly but not fully as I do physical therapy treatment that help with pain relief. Today Friday but the ringing is there i am not scared but since my pain has gotten a whole lot better my right ear rings.
Sometimes there a are seconds it stops or to a minute but comes back.
I am gonna try these exercises and see what happens
