Going to be honest, I haven't been the most active person the last 2 weeks, and I decided today to catch up with Pamela`s plan. Since my body hasn't been active for long, I decided to just do this video, and I would like to thank you Pamela for posting it today, because doing this workout this morning was enough to lift up my mood, give me a good sweat and get my body back to the game! Pamela is the best fitness youtuber because she is NOT clumsy like the others. She is slick and moves like a cat. Beautiful and motivational. I wanted to do other youtuber workout, could not, they are all clumsy.
I love that she doesn't talk in these videos. Sometimes it's done well especially if direction is needed, but often background chatter is more distracting from the workout than anything. Also, kudos for not thinking you have to fake-smile the whole time you're working out.

"exaggerated self-confidence and selfishness' - this is very subjective. why should you try to "suppress" it? who are you to decide how men (or really anyone) should behave? I believe there is a cause for rebel when anyone's behaviour or action causes you harm or limit you in any way ( for eg. toxic masculinity in the workplace- men being favoured over women because of their gender and personality, whilst completely disregarding merit) or bullying...
The work out itself is great. And a lot of male couch heroes would have to take a pill if their own medicine trying this. Especially the abs workouts are female oriented, so men will definitely struggle, even the fitter ones. Still there is a big however: Changing the moves in the middle of an exercise without notification, kinda sucks, but well, it‘s the movement that counts. However, no instructions how to execute the excercises properly is the most horrible thing to do…

Oh my god, lately I've been into yoga more than cardio, and I would say i'm very much in shape, I used to be able to keep up with her, but months passed and yoga sessions later I feel very unfit. Definitely worth doing. The only part I didn't enjoy was the rolling and (input one of the three workout names here) for 30 and somewhat in shape but not fully....it was a bit... different. Definitely sweated and have a pounding heartbeat.

Remember everyone that thanks to our failures we are all still here. We have to fail and fall in order to get back back, stronger and better. Just don't give up you got this. Try to remind yourself that you are amazing and unique and that you shouldn't feel discouraged, disappointed or guilty just because you can't complete a couple of workout or exercises. Over time you will become stronger just have patience
