    I always use sauerkraut juice to cut down the ribs' greasiness; besides, it is rich in probiotics and nutrients. Your Sunday dish looks appetizing; I'll give it a try. Thank you.

    Looks great. We also cut the membrane on the back of the ribs off before cooking. Makes cutting easier. Will try this recipe!
