    I did an entirely different slow cooker recipe w the brown sugar, onion, apple slices, dried cranberries (just a few) & wine and my favorite part - caraway seeds, tonight (just sat down to watch some vids while I wait - glad I found yours!). I am going to try this method & recipe next time! It looks fantastic! Thanks. Will be checking out your channel - subscribed!!

    looks good but I'm gonna add a bit of white wine with the broth ..plus caraway seeds...

    do i wash the ribs first?

      No need to wash them. But make certain you pull the skin (if any) on the rib side.
