I've never had pork and sauerkraut with onions and tomatoes in it, but it looks delicious! Here in Pennsylvania we eat pork and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes and dumplings.
Hi Lorraine, the brand of sauerkraut that I used was Flanagan. The ingredients are as follows: Cabbage, water, salt, sodium benzoate and sodium bisulfite (as preservatives)
@@SeniorCitizenSue thank you. When we make sauerkraut in the fall we only use the cabbage and a salt water brine then let it ferment until it is done and then put it in sealers. Lasts all winter in a cool place.
