Brown them before putting them in the slow cooker and skip the oven. I’d add some carrots and or potatoes and some broth and skip the ketchup and add some barbecue sauce near the end of cooking. To each their own.
That's an entirely different recipe tho. How about a comment on this recipe or did you not try it? If not, what is your point in commenting on this recipe without actually doing so?
Yes it’s a different recipe and I’m glad you noticed that. I wouldn’t try your recipe because the point of using a slow cooker is to not having to use the oven. Did you try my recipe? Maybe you should. The point of commenting is because I can and to show an alternative method.
Ufff. I'm a truck driver looking for a way to cook these over the road in my 2qt single temp slow cooker. I have no oven to finish them off in. Do you have a recipe for a more simple way to cook these for one person? I'm new to cooking so I'll need as much detail as possible lol
Thank you for watching!! I have the full recipe and nutritional information here www.eatingonadime.com/crock-pot-country-style-pork-ribs-recipe/
This western style cut of ribs is my fav, meatier than the st. louis cut and a bit cheaper also. Just like you're doing, the crock pot is the key.
💪🏽 Nice I would probably throw them on the grill after slow cooker for about 2-3 minutes a side
Yes you can do that instead of broiling them!

You could finish them off in an air fryer but honestly you can skip that part. They will still be delicious. Thank you for watching and commenting
No garlic powder? Or home made bbq rub? It needs more flavor then just that sauce
Did you try it?
Has anyone made this??? I have mines in the slow cooker right now and I’m nervous 😅
TASTY 😋
Delicious ❤
thank you for watching
Say that last sauce again 🤣🤣
It's just homemade BBQ sauce guys. 😂
You basically just made barbecue sauce and by the way that was not a teaspoon of pepper lol more like 3 tablespoons in that little white container

Obviously not the sauce recipe she used. Cooked ribs were brown with no evidence of the sauce.
“Slow cooker ribs” uses broiler. 🙄
