    Thank you for the video!
The complaint does talk about “admissions that are incomplete,” so potentially not limited to the twenty something books stated so far.
    Regardless, wow.

Makes me wonder if the CEO is in on it too. 'Hmmmm, that's a nice 10.0 collection you have of every comic ever published, Mr Nelson."

CGC is not fighting this on all fronts. Customers will have to fend for themselves.

If only someone would have warned us that there could be more than one scammer and that staff could be doing it too. Lol

You occasionally hear things from sports cards folks saying the cards returned from psa were not “their” exact cards. You just never know, it would be so easy being on their side to do things.

You have an interesting perspective. I was wondering, can you talk about pressing/modifying books with special processes in order to get higher grades, and how this ultimately effects the market, and value of goods? It would appear that disguising flaws in books, and having those books then flood the high grade census, would devalue the books overall. This was apparently a major issue in the 80's coin bubble, where goods were found to be overvalued, due to grading companies (see Karl Jobst's video on video game grading fraud). If a large percentage of 9.8's are really just touched up 9.4's, then the entire market is overvalued. Once something is damaged, it is damaged, the damage can't be 'removed' and the object called perfect once more. Disguising flaws is not the same as never having a flaw to begin with...and they shouldn't be considered equal.

@@collectiblesdad Thanks, looking forward to it. Very hard to get people to address a lot of this, since many are so personally invested. Take care.

I am not sure the time frame but it seems to me that CGC fired these employees prior to the scandal of re-holding. So I would think that they knew about what these former employees did but didn't do anything until after the re-holding scandal was brought to light....

“The big one”… doubt it. This could be bigger, likewise as I said the first time round this is the tip of the iceberg, THERE WILL BE MORE. Everyone was saying “ItS LiMiTeD”. Yeah… like the first one was. As I said, hold off buying cgc books. “The wild Wild West” of buying ungraded comic books. Learn your hobby man. There is nothing safer than buying a book you can look through provided you know what you’re doing.
CGC’s Matt Nelson talked about staff being checked and there was no issue so he could “reassure the community”, yes he was commenting on the other scam but he literally knew that cgc staff were scamming people and stealing books when he made this reassurance in January, the racket is over, sorry but anyone still head parting cgc is either a fanboy or a shill. Enjoyable video. 😂 good health to you and yours, brother.👍

Maybe people who can't grade comic books should simply not be buying or selling them.

I am more concerned about resto checks. Online sales would die without 3rd party grading.

It would certainly limit dealers to those can identify restoration such as colour touches, trimming etc. I would not be buying online from amateurs. @@gregsug1640
