time after the breakup - my non-negotiables for a relationship

It's been a while since I posted a video but there has been a lot of self-reflection and non-linear healing taking place lately.
There's some sort of a conflict within me, since I always knew what topics I liked to cover here on the channel and now suddenly, I am mostly focusing on my own wellbeing and personal life - which then of course impacts what I create videos around.
There's some things I realized after this specific breakup and things that I'm still trying to figure out and I thought of sharing some of the thoughts with you that I've been going through.
My posting schedule will most likely be delayed a bit, since after all of this I also had to start working daily, and I'm trying to find the time to create these videos for you.
Eventually it will all be ok and I'll find new ways of living.
I hope that if you are in a similar place with your own life at the moment, you give yourself grace and time to figure out your new life.
