Not only is it time to shift from absorbing the energy of others and transmuting it, I think we don't even need to send out our energy to others anymore. This is a time to focus on self, on our own energy and alignment to Spirit, no one else's, and it is not selfish. It's how we can best serve at this time. At least that's my truth.

It’s not selfish because I’m drained. I can’t be a beacon of light if I can’t even take care of myself because everybody takes everything from me.
About five years ago, I was literally dying, and everybody around me, judged me for being weak and selfish, even though after a lifetime of doing everything for everybody else, and putting everyone’s needs above my own and trying to be perfect, I was just exhausted and I had just given up because every time I build some thing up, it gets taken away or Destroyed by people who I helped, but become so jealous and insecure because I guess I am very intimidating… So they literally make it their purpose to destroy my life. It’s happened multiple times and I have all the receipts to prove that what I’m saying is not hyperbolic.
If a guy asked me out, and I say no… He wants to destroy my life… If I stand up to a coworker… They want to destroy my life… If I tell my boss, no… She wants to destroy my life… If I break up with somebody… They want to destroy my life. A business partner lies to me and screw me over and cheats me and I called them out and try to get what’s mine… They want to destroy my life.
And do I ever retaliate? of course not. I just take the highroad and walk away. But they persist… My former general manager who called an employee fat in a text message is on a tear to make sure I never get another job. If I ever have any evidence of this, I will sue the f out of her. she’s a terrible person who treated me terribly and likes to get drunk and text everybody at 11:30 at night and somehow she’s upset with me for leaving. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg as far as her sociopathic unprofessionalism.

It never ceases to amaze me how beautiful and powerful the Collective Consciousness can be! Literally within the past few days, my ruminations have moved towards acknowledging my mortal exhaustion. I am TIRED of always feeling the pain and confusion of the entire planet. I am TIRED of my incessant instinct to help others, only to be either ignored, rejected, and treated with contempt...or directly sabotaged as a means of showing gratitude for my efforts. Being an active lightworker empath has wounded me severely. It's time for me to unplug and take care of ONLY me. This is now the only way that I can ever be worthwhile and useful to The Collective. No hesitation whatsoever… I quit. The life I have lead is for the birds. Everybody tells me how nice and sweet and bubbly I am and proceeds to completely take advantage of me and treat me like garbage while telling me they’re treating me very well and, to add insult to injury, while telling me how great of an employee/friend/person/daughter I am!
I revoke the soul contract right now. I did not come here to be a punching bag or the butt of a joke or relentlessly systematically abused.
If I have to become a complete and total bish in order to make sure my boundaries are strong, so be it.
I’m done being a people pleaser. I’m going to be myself and if people don’t like it, too bad. I don’t have the energy to try to be what they want me to be anymore. And it doesn’t even matter because that’s not even good enough even though I’m practically freaking perfect as far as doing what they ask, not trying to be a bother and not getting my needs met and making sure their needs are met. I routinely respond to people I don’t like, laugh at their lame jokes and otherwise compromise my real feelings just so I don’t hurt their feelings. And what do I get in return? They actually think they’re superior to me because they don’t understand that I’m just playing a role and the role I am playing is being an empath that tries to make sure that they are OK because… I mean, I just can’t sleep at night a super narcissistic abusive person feels bad. Not anymore. I am done.
Who I am is more than good enough. Quite frankly, it’s FAR better than most people deserve.

@@michaelasun7593 I’m sorry I know this wasn’t directed at me but I’d like to ask what injustice and sin you are referring to? People are greedy and will take as much as they can no matter the damage to the person. How is she doing an injustice by not allowing that to happen? Her comment may have been written in anger/hurt but empaths can’t turn off who they are. I’m sure she’s still a caring person just not at the expense of her wellbeing.

Suffering is never the divine will. Pure spirit knows nothing but love and would never ask you to sacrifice yourself to “learn a lesson”. We did not choose this painful experience life can be, it’s the consequences of the karmas of our bloodline that we inherited. In the words of Billy Joel “We didn’t start the fire”…
Agreed. To suggest that anyone chose a life of misery is actually a cruel and heartless thing to say. Also, if a person were to sign a contract and it were known that the person would completely forget about the contract and all of its contents and meaning (or even that it exists at all) immediately after signing it, that contract would be void. The person who signed it would not be the same person who has no memory of it. Memory of an agreement is essential to the validity of an agreement. An agreement not remembered (or, rather, an agreement completely scrubbed from memory) is no agreement at all.
Agreed, but if you have to balance out a karma from a past life, there's a reason why your soul made a contract on it.

Me too. It’s almost impossible to fulfil a contract you know nothing about. A contract you don’t even know you have. I cancelled mine across all timelines and dimensions, more than a month ago. I did not know we were supposed to have contracts within contracts, as in an empath contract, etc.
I cancelled my soul contract and any other soul contracts for this lifetime. Hopefully that is good enough because I am tired of playing a game I wasn’t aware of, with rules and blockades that I know nothing of. This whole dimensional universe is broken and unfixable and too focused on suffering. 60 years in and I’ve had enough. Blessings

Having been a healer/empath from 1994-2008 when my daughter was born (she was a lifelong guide of mine in spirit beforehand). I found myself absolutely exhausted after the birth of my daughter, I began to see people for who they truly were and seeing their intentions towards me with crystal clarity, I knew instantly where to eat and more importantly where not to eat and every area of my life became clear and I began taking my energy back from where and whom I had previously left it. I consciously made a decision to end my healing work in the way I use work and change how I be a healing force in this world and now you wouldn't believe the amazing way people from all over the world come to my home to experience their healing. ❤❤ thank you for bringing this up! Freedom is so important 🎉

I took it for granted that empathy and being empathetic was a good thing. But no longer, at least not radical empaths. I've had one as a roommate for 4 years and have learned that these folks spend more time worrying over other peoples issues and problems than they do in dealing with their own lives. It is not healthy. It seems positive to people who see her helping others on the surface but they don't see how consuming radical empathy is.
Agree that as an old soul we are now being asked to shine our light and maintain our vibrational frequencies period 🙏As a ripple affect simply radiate the highest vibration of love lightworkers and take good care of ourselves ❤️

I have changed my perspective but realized the true function of my soul contract. Started as an empath, to a family system of emotional and physical ( for others) toxicity and control. A most a cult like isolation from other more healthy families. And it was generational.
After “getting out” and healing my empath and differentiating into my authentic self (still a work in progress) I have realized that my difficult decision to annul my relationships within the family IS the ultimate goal of my soul contract AND to fully embody my self empowerment and freedom and the empathy turn to compassion for all those of us who have, are, and about to do this similar kind of shift. My contract was first about myself and choosing my authenticity and divine connection by much healing and releasing within my self; breaking the generational abuses of this series generational family “legacies” which I believe can ripple out energetically; and be in a new place to hold safe and caring space for others who are also ready to make their individual way forward into freedom, and Light, knowing my contract and journey has aligned.
I suppose my soul contract with the family and my assigned role as a young child, conditioned in the family system eventually led to my personal awareness as an adult that I was going to choose my self and the healing of my soul over my soul servitude to others in the family - this was the annulment that had to be completed - before continuing on my very personal soul contract. All of my realizations and healing accomplishments would not have brought me to here to understand my ultimate mission had it not been for the unfortunate first 50 years of my life. I am feeling the freedom. The shifts are being longer sense of freedom each time, in between another necessary or specific shift, to freedom again.
The thing I am realizing too is that these energy shifts can accomplish so much within days or weeks that may have taken years to originally develop. I love this!! ❤
I am a new subscriber. What is shared here, I resonate with, even specific terms I began to use, ie “tribe”.
In my annulment process, I really felt the ramifications and the shift away from the conditioning when I realized that toxic branch of “family” was not my tribe. In fact, as interested in genealogy as I am, I have done very little research of that branch. I already know to much of where and how the abuses were perpetuated and how rather than find true healing generations of mental health and other forms of abuse were the survival tools chosen and it rolled down each generation. In five generations I have broken free, my dad died 30 years ago (he had married into it) and one cousin is finding his way right now. But a girlfriend is also doing the same. I am here for them as well. Thank you to the channel and all here lifting the energies for us all.

The last year i have lost my sleep and my peace and quiet. I have gotten sick and im constantly exhausted to the point my iq literally dropped. Im tired and i realised recently that all that exhaustion and struggle from the last year led me to nowhere. No reward, no gains and only people berating and humiliating me. On top of that I grew up in an abusive family and i have autism. Im just done. I cannot continue. I quit.
"Soul contract" is a concept in a story. It is only an idea that seems to help people cope with the feeling of being bound to seemingly inescapable patterns. To drop the concept is to drop the coping strategy. The thing to remember is that the coping strategy (clinging to the idea that there is a "soul contract") is as much an idea as the idea that there is anything to cope with.
Thanks Michelle for your insights on Soul Contracts and current vibrational overload experienced by empaths at this time. As a lawyer, I’d like to add that the change of any contract can be made using a Deed of Variation. Simple and effective. I would like to rename it to a Stardeed of Variation because I like it better. Love and light 🙏🏼

I 100% agree with this message. We do not have to continually live in the drudgery that comes with difficult lessons. After they are learned, they don't have to go on indefinitely. That would only create a bardo state of consciousness. That would be like staying in high school our entire lives. There would be no higher purpose in it. Yes! I did this five years ago. My empathy kept me stuck in a bad relationship. I realized that doing that meant that I wasn't taking care of myself and that I was being held back from expressing my authentic nature. Our authentic nature is how God wants to be expressed through us. I bent over backwards for this other person and lost myself and lost connection to God. I quit all contracts. She asked me what was different and I said "I tore up my contracts". She said "I want to tear up contracts too!". Now my ex is still stuck draining another woman who is trying to rescue him and I am free❤
Later I had dinner with a friend who hadn't seen me for a while and she saw the shift in me.

My soul as of this second and moment I’m ending my EMPATH contract forever. As of now I’m no longer as empath and not going to serve humanity and this planet as empath anymore. I’m tearing my contract, I’m burning my contract right now where I, you, your spirit and soul team, God, angels, saints signed and agreed for me to be an empath before I reincarnated in this lifetime. I’m ending, burning, tearing this contract now and forever. Amen. Amen. Amen.
Don't forget to write a new contract. You are still a highly sensitive soul. That is a gift. You can use your gift to read the energies around you and choose how you wish to use that special ability.
Absorbing others negativity is making me ill. I'm done with it.
All they do is take and they prevent me from doing what I have to.
Yes, I did this a while back. It wasn't formal. I just prayed in the affirmative and it has basically dissolved. I now just practice compassion. I know how most people feel because I have either felt it myself through my own experience or I had felt it as an empath. I just couldn't do it anymore. It was making me sick and keeping me stuck as a doormat. I would rather just practice compassion because then it is my choice. I still have the ability to feel empathy when I choose to, but it is always my choice now. I still have strong automatic empathic feelings for animals though. Sometimes it hurts to the point of making me feel ill, but it pushes me to help animals (domestic and wild) who are in need and to get them where they can get help. I could never run a rescue or rehabilitation on my own. I fear I would end up getting sick.

I am a Pleiadean Star Mother, and it is my teaching that Martyrs and Saints are the scourge of the earth. That being said, I am also the Thrice Great Grandmother, and I AM the Feminine Energy this world has been praying for. Stop FEELING empaths and start thinking. How does taking on someone else's pain help them? It does not. It disempowers them to free themselves of that self-inflicted pain. Let's all start coming from our OWN Power. We teach by example. Thrive! Be Healthy! Be Worthy and you will find that prosperity follows you everywhere you go.

its not all so direct and literal. I have had messages, I have heard form my spirit guide when I haven't even been asking...I have always been very open and intuitive my whole life. Upon awakening one morning i heard very clearly in my head in a voice that was not my own "You chose your family to learn forgiveness" So sometimes what started out as being born to learn one lesson has made you more understanding for other people or to have certain attributes that send people to you.
I was really fed up with taking all the painful emotions of all people without the possibility of shielding or saying no. So one evening I was very clear and focused that I do not want this anymore in this form. I told source in a very focused way that this needs to stop because it was no longer helpful for my own soul development and formulated that I still to be able to feel all these emotions but also want to be able to regulate it, meaning I want to be able to completely shut these emotions out or to perceive them but outside of me in a non- overwhelming manner or - if I want to in maybe some case experience them inside of me. But I am the one to decide what is appropriate for me and right. I asked source furthermore to clear my energy field from the remnants of all these emotion and to make all the necessary changes in me without closimg my heart chakra. I would lie down now and completely surrender to source so that it could work on me. It was a process of several hours which was very healing and clearing and it all worked out like I asked for. I feel so much better and empowered now!

I appreciate this message. During a guided meditation today I heard the statement to detach from the collective unconscious is advantageous and I never knew that was a good thing to do. Being in the realm of everybody else's thoughts is like an algorithm gone berserk, so now I see the value of unsigning contracts too. 🙌🙌

Michele, my energy and baseline happiness are at all-time highs! The pandemic prompted me to force changes to protect myself in my soul contracts. My self-love is so strong, being treated poorly is a non-starter. This forced change did create some tension, but your video on more sophisticated soul contract editing methods are good tools for me to practice.

This was very enlightening to hear, and I resonated with why I stepped away from years of energy healing to then be more mindful of oneself. Thank you for sharing this today in particular. I was in an accident this morning (I’m amazingly ok & keeping an eye on myself.) This evening a message popped up saying “a shift has happened” & then I couldn’t find where the message came from. I’m soaking in a magnesium chip bath now to ease the any muscle soreness & opened YT. You were literally the first one to pop up in my feed & I was floored when it was related to my earlier nudge. I’ve felt so bad about my job. Actually, I realised that my body tells me that it is not all right for me.
Then, I found an advertisement of a new job that interests me a lot. Everything started to shift in my body, too. Really, it is time to let go being a rescuer, a doormat, a punchback etc. It is a long story, but something lije that they expect me to be in my present workplace.
I also realised, that if I do as they want, I am an enabeler. They have negletter important tasks many years, now they assume me secretly fix them and take responsibility. No: I think that it is time to let go being an enabeler. They never learn if every time someone rescues them, hides their wrongdoings etc.
I let go that all. Even angels told me to do so.

I found the July August video a few mins ago and am on that path a a decision that I have wanted to make a couple time in the past years but did not have the energy for it. Also don’t really know the details. Been working through them. I get anxious at times but know that it will work out, the solutions and steps will show up.
On another note I went on a shamanic journey in early June. The message was to shine bright. I take heart in this message. It seems to parallel this message too. I support taking care of oneself. This allows me us to shine ✨ I was raised as a Christian and while I don’t follow in the typical way, the way I used to I find the saying do unto others as you do to you the green light to take care of self to love self do what is good for self thus shining bright

I agree with you. I think it's time for us to stop absorbing and just leave the energy instead. I have pains in my body that I feel do not belong to me. I have tried to do work to release it and it seems that it is staying around and I am not sure why.
Please make sure to see a doctor if these pains persist. It may be that you've absorbed it from others, but first make sure nothing is medically wrong. That's what I do. If nothing is wrong, then I ask my body what it is trying to tell me as I know the body is a physical manifestation of our thoughts and energies. I also have a morning ritual where I activate my spiritual guards. I never leave the house without doing this. Sending strength and healing energies your way sweet soul 💗💞
For a long time...atleast the past year ....i felt like I'm not here to save abyone, help anyone or learn anything. if I'm here its just to reconnect and make a path for all souls entities or enregies that are aware and ready, yo stick together rather than to be separated and for some unknown reason expect to make a change while being a punching bag for npcs, generational issues that barely should concern you and especially the entire weight of the very temporary place we are in. I find it irrational that suffering alone and having to deal with low energy all around you with no way to reconnect with the true pure healthy souls and allow growth and changeTOGETHER...once they separate you this plan fails and its obvious theres a lot of effort to bind us to accept less for the better good. What better good? Many will not and should not elevate, and its perfectly normal to not letteing them dump on us, or let them charge on our energy. Lol i quit the pay sucks

Cool video. I fucked my path up and it seemed the stream was taking too far away from things I wanted to do. It took me a long time to learn to take a step back, so sick of it all to the point that I'm empty, my motto now is not my circus not my monkeys, but I do know the clowns. I had a spiritual bath on the night of the full moon to release all that negative energy and as I asked the supreme love and angels, I noticed the water was light blue so I got my camera and took a few pictures but the color was not showing up, I put the flash on auto and as I was taking the pictures the flash lit up the room as green in 3 pictures, I don't know what happened, I then had to take a picture of the wall to get it back to normal, but the other normal pictures show the water to be a bright white light through the bath water it's self, it was very strange.
This is making me want to workout alone and in my house. I hate going to the gym as I am always focused in on and people's energies literally intrude or try to attach to mine. This happened w one particular guy in my gym that followed me around for 1.5 yrs. I started getting drained. I just left that environment and since doing that, I got my energy back. It is making me cautious of this other gym though.
Every morning, do a ritual where you activate your spiritual guards. I do this with a pendulum but you can do this with thought-intention alone. I never leave the house without doing this and it has transformed my life. Blessings 💗💞🙏
