Yes, I have been wrestling with the people pleaser part of me and it turns out she's a total ogre that has been destroying me by prompting me into helping people who are deeply hostile and toxic. I need to love myself before I can help anything.
I had to pause the video and think about the depth of "all patterns come from a lack of unconditional love ".....until i met my second (now) husband i had never known what unconditional love was! I had an abusive mom and mostly absent father who i recently remembered molesting me and then i grew up with a heroin addiction and married a pedophile. He's now molesting our kids and unfortunately our government is corrupt in my state and it's being covered up. During this time since 2021 and being separated from them I've been on a deep healing and spiritual journey because although my situation is painful God gave me a man to love me unconditionally while I'll reach into the depths if my shadow so i can un-do all this damage to my subconscious and my heart. This video was the first to ever come up in my feed from you and I'm grateful i clicked it. Thank you for this work you're doing.

Ask yourself why it is that you do not matter? Then it will fall into place. I was never worthy, that came from how I interpreted live events, which had nothing at all to do with me or was the truth. My perception created that reality. As a 60 year old woman that works two restaurant jobs as a cook...some days I have to really give myself a pep talk. I have to remind myself of my worth. I'm thankful that I can still do it physically and mentally, but sometimes I think there has to be a better way than cooking in these kitchens.❤️
I'm truly grateful to restaurant cooks. I live frugally and live off mostly lentils and basic veggies, but sometimes when I'm really tired or treating myself, I'll get food from a restaurant and I feel so grateful to treat myself to someone else's cooking, it's really a gift. So thank you for cooking for so many people. Also I do hope you live the life that fills you with ease and joy

Ive lived as a maladaptive daydreamer my whole life and I live in a fantasy world where nothing goes my way as I felt powerless from bullying in school and Im 34 and anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD and obsessive ruminations and trauma have controlled me but now I see that its not me and I feel a shift inside. Now I know how to be the space for the character but not identifying as the character. This is so freeing.
So many patterns falling away: the one who is unworthy, the one who always caregives for others, the strong one, oh my god, tears through this. Thank you. My number one desire is to be the most authentic, full me, and I know life is happening for me so that it can unfold.
I usually work on Fridays. I took today off. I have time to listen to this, time to pack for my upcoming move to a new home. I have time to connect with my GI tract, eat a healthy breakfast, enjoy a nice shower and slowed down morning routine. Fridays at work have become unbearable. Up until today I have been there for it. Depleted, frustrated, resentful, working with a full bladder and feeling stuffed down. I gave myself a day off. It feels like the beginning of a new relationship with my life.

Anyhow 7/12/2024 I am working with my spiritual healer to increase my intuition. I wakeup this morning at 2:00 AM think, I may be have released toooooo much female energy. Yes, I am thinking Oh my God I left the cloths in the washing machine. 2:00 AM... So I get up and put them in the dryer... AT TWO AM... (true story.).. I remind myself of the truth that has come out of all this process and that this marriage was based on me people pleasing and never getting my own needs met but and that I need to just allow and give myself all the love and space I've been giving my husband but I'm struggling with the idea of divorce and what that has for our son who is 6. I'm still trying to allow patterns to come off...my doer is freaking out, my people pleaser...all of it wants to step back in and "work" but I know now, none of that works...whew...it's a whirlwind for sure. I am doing something I never have before… I’m 55 and in a new state, alone, away from my children, my family, my friends and at a completely new job and I’ve been sad and struggling yet trying to grow through it. When you spoke about not complaining it resonated with me because I am trying not to complain… about the weather, the fireworks, the dog poop people don’t pick up, a multitude of things I cannot control…that seem to get me so upset. Those last 15 minutes ..about not want to Ask our parents for help… their “era” is different! And… Humility and knowing .. You are Worth Being taken care of”!!!! 😢 I’m in the ‘60’s generation… and Yes… I see my kids may need help now… because they’re future & they’re “now” IS completely a different era than mine!!! These last 20 minutes are Pure Gold!!! Except… Msny parents my age think tough love.., is still the answer…. Or because “We did it on our own”…. Our kids should be able to. So that’s disturbing and challenging for many 20-30 year olds at this time. ❤❤🙏🙏 And then there are done kids that feel “entitled” to their parents “house” rather than grateful and bring helpful and contributing. Ha, good timing on complaining. I noticed recently that I am complaining a lot more, and life kept giving me more of things to complain about. Until I realised complaining is a never-ending story (like you said an addiction). It was easy to stop once I became aware of it and accepted that that's life so no point of keep tripping, just keep going.

This topic of being seen is really striking me. You said “ you are choosing people who don’t see you .” I know that is my love and dating pattern currently. My mind tells me it’s b/c I don’t live or go many places currently where high consciousness people are so I’m “stuck with “ low vibe choices. I’m sure that there is a way to change it but I’m trying to fully acknowledge that it’s me choosing those people and also it’s me that needs to choose to do more to travel or join new groups to meet my tribe. I’ve been stuck for a long time feeling like I’m not surrounded by the right energy and people. Which is actually pretty true yet it’s up 🆙 to me to start to explore getting out more, traveling more , being intentional in finding community.

Made a real shift today, 2x. Didn't tolerate a student who came to class unruly - had him removed. Made a message to the rest of class. I was nervous, fearful anxious... but i did it. Felt empowered. Set a new needed boundary with significant other, he threw guilt to me, not my guilt. I'm done with his breadcrumb games! Felt weird, at first... not my guilt. Empowered again. I love me now!

I'm in the process of letting so many things go. All the things you are explaining and we are exploring. I went through it. I didn't know this was a whole collective thought. Lately, it seems like everything has sped up. Old things have passed away. Literally and figuring. Now I'm letting go of a business that I had for over 25 years. It still generates money. But it's on my old self-train. I have lost family members and relationships beyond my control. It wasn't my choice. My old self would try to make it work. My higher self tells me it doesn't fit us now. I'm vibrating higher with new pains flowing. I'm where I want to be. Enjoying the now. It's been a bumpy ride. Thank you very much for this video. This is the first time I came across you and it is perfect timing for me to see this. I am doing something I never have before… I’m 55 and in a new state, alone, away from my children, my family, my friends and at a completely new job and I’ve been sad and struggling yet trying to grow through it. When you spoke about not complaining it resonated with me because I am trying not to complain… about the weather, the fireworks, the dog poop people don’t pick up, a multitude of things I cannot control…that seem to get me so upset. I literally step over the dog poop and it is so difficult for me not to make a comment about it… even just to my dog! It’s been a struggle but I work on it daily and slowly I am beating it. It’s taking a long time though! Thank you for making me laugh when I have been crying nonstop. Making myself physically sick because of it all. Thank you for spelling things out for me. You made it clearer for me during this tumultuous time. I also am breaking patterns which I have had for decades which you touched on as well!

Those last 15 minutes ..about not want to Ask our parents for help… their “era” is different! And… Humility and knowing .. You are Worth Being taken care of”!!!! 😢
I’m in the ‘60’s generation… and Yes… I see my kids may need help now… because they’re future & they’re “now” IS completely a different era than mine!!!
These last 20 minutes are Pure Gold!!! Except… Msny parents my age think tough love.., is still the answer…. Or because “We did it on our own”…. Our kids should be able to. So that’s disturbing and challenging for many 20-30 year olds at this time. ❤❤🙏🙏
And then there are done kids that feel “entitled” to their parents “house” rather than grateful and bring helpful and contributing.
So it can be a catch 22. 😮😂🙏🇨🇦🤠

This rings so true for me right now. I’m finding my body and soul don’t want alcohol anymore, and it’s kind of jarring. It just doesn’t resonate with me anymore, and I’m figuring out how to relax into that feeling and frequency. Thank you, Kyle!

Ha, good timing on complaining. I noticed recently that I am complaining a lot more, and life kept giving me more of things to complain about. Until I realised complaining is a never-ending story (like you said an addiction). It was easy to stop once I became aware of it and accepted that that's life so no point of keep tripping, just keep going.

This topic of being seen is really striking me. You said “ you are choosing people who don’t see you .” I know that is my love and dating pattern currently. My mind tells me it’s b/c I don’t live or go many places currently where high consciousness people are so I’m “stuck with “ low vibe choices. I’m sure that there is a way to change it but I’m trying to fully acknowledge that it’s me choosing those people and also it’s me that needs to choose to do more to travel or join new groups to meet my tribe. I’ve been stuck for a long time feeling like I’m not surrounded by the right energy and people. Which is actually pretty true yet it’s up 🆙 to me to start to explore getting out more, traveling more , being intentional in finding community.

Made a real shift today, 2x. Didn't tolerate a student who came to class unruly - had him removed. Made a message to the rest of class. I was nervous, fearful anxious... but i did it. Felt empowered. Set a new needed boundary with significant other, he threw guilt to me, not my guilt. I'm done with his breadcrumb games! Felt weird, at first... not my guilt. Empowered again. I love me now!

I'm in the process of letting so many things go. All the things you are explaining and we are exploring. I went through it. I didn't know this was a whole collective thought. Lately, it seems like everything has sped up. Old things have passed away. Literally and figuring. Now I'm letting go of a business that I had for over 25 years. It still generates money. But it's on my old self-train. I have lost family members and relationships beyond my control. It wasn't my choice. My old self would try to make it work. My higher self tells me it doesn't fit us now. I'm vibrating higher with new pains flowing. I'm where I want to be. Enjoying the now. It's been a bumpy ride. Enjoying it though. ❤ spreading Peace, Love, and Joy
