Separate lawsuits should be directed at the police and the mayors who order them to take no action against people breaking the law. This is an unlawful command and the mayors should be sued. Why do police swear an oath to uphold the law and then stand back and watch it being broken in front of them. That in itself is both gutless and a neglect of duty.
