- This no-knead buttery and milk rich loaf bread baked in a Pullman pan (a special lidded pan). It slices easily for sandwiches and toast.
No-knead Sandwich Loaf Bread /Super Soft and Easy to Make
(Baking Pan: 13x4x4 inches (33X10X10cm) )
Ingredients:
1¼ cups (300g) milk, room temperature
1 egg (50g without shell)
¼ cup (60g) sugar
½ tsp. (4g) salt
3 tsps. (12g) active dry yeast
4 Tbsps. (56g) unsalted butter, melted
3 1/3 cups (500g) bread flour
(350F/180C) Bake 30-35 minutes

Hi friends, here're some tips about this recipe: 1. Store the bread, well-wrapped, at room temperature for 2-3 days. Freeze for longer storage.
2. you also can use a regular loaf pan instead of a Pullman pan

I have been using your recipe for making weekly sandwich breads at home and my family loves the bread! I use less instant yeast as I bulk ferment the dough in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
I did some troubleshooting though.
I bake in 160°C preheated convection oven (fan on) for 35min.
I tried baking it using the temperature setting you mentioned but the bread turned out not fully baked.
