super cute! i wonder if you could attach the head at the top of the spiral by making the head first and then joining to the block with a sc in the first st instead of finishing off the head sts? if you leave a long tail on the initial slipknot you could probably sew it on with that. I'll try that when i make this! my wife and i are stashbusting with a bunch of random granny squares and i think she'll really like this one! thanks for the pattern!

This one took me forever 😭 but overall I loved it 🥰 It was kind of hard to see where your needle was going in after ending each round to make the slip stitch for me. Since I’m still a beginner I had to count each stitch twice after finishing the circle rounds 😂 anyway thank you for making this pattern it’s hard to find fun granny squares on here!
