GSXR Buggy & Hayabusa Sand Rail at the dunes - Montessa OHV Area

I blew up Marks GSXR 1000 (that bearing was on its way out 🤣)
Mark went on FB marketplace and saw something he couldn't un-see...
One quick trip to CO, and the rest is history! Mark is now the proud owner of a Hayabusa Sand Rail from Sick Sand (now Sick Fab in Las Vegas, NV). Previous owner built this mighty unit and sold it to Mark as a ready to ride sand rail.
In this video, we go over the initial state we found the sand rail in. We show our homemade injector cleaning method, which works surprisingly well. Mark gave the motor a FULL SERVICE, so it had every chance to live a good life. We're a little sensitive to GSXR's dying at the moment 🙄 better safe than sorry!
We went to our local "dunes" for testing, Montessa OHV Area in Albuquerque! This was our first time here, it seems to be an excellent testing grounds for our buggies before we take them somewhere remote.

Injectors clean easier reversing flow.. goes out inlet way better…

@@AndyShear also there’s a hidden filter on hayabusas not sure if it’s on any other Suzuki bike. Best to do bypass n external filter

Ya they’re not the greatest 😂 it’s super bumpy and washed out. 45 min from home tho good testing ground. We just got back from Roswell where they have some REAL dunes, video coming soon!
