Looking for some advice please. I got all the way to getting the caliper back on the backet, but the slide pin bolts aren't easily aligning. Know of any reasons this could be happening?
on the passenger rear side only, the caliper wont retract counter clockwise. do i need to bleed the brakes and let the pressure off so it will go in or what am i doing wrong?
It’s one side clock side other side is counter clock vise …I wrote somewhere in video this … I think driver side is clock vise passenger counter clock vise
I just made a comment with the same problem lol! If I put too much pressure trying clockwise on passenger rear do you think I may have damaged the caliper. I put force behind it when turning the compressing tool.
Hey! Thank you for this video, huge help. Have a scratch in the middle of my rear drivers side rotor. Figured a rock got caught in it but when I pulled off the pad nothing was there, assuming it shaved and fell off. Quick question, what is the purpose of the mechanism that is attached to the caliper that has the spring and makes you pry it off? Im used to just the caliper and taking out a bolt while lifting it up. Is this the automatic braking system and that's why it comes with that?
I have the same car 2020 sentra Sr, you can see on my channell. I think my front brakes are squeeling. 17500 miles. So how about front brake pads changes? why dont you show the front? I need to see front man!!
