3D printing Runners for a Cross Cut Sled

- This week I tried 3D printing runners for my table saw because the jigs and sleds I made last year didn't fit any more because of swelling. The ideal thing would be to heat the work shop but I can't do that now.

Strålande idé! Jag har ett tips också. Beställ en till klyvkniv som reservdel till din dw745, ta bort plastskyddet och såga av klyvkniven i höjd med sågbladet, så kan du köra med klyvkniv och släde tillsammans även om släden har ett "stag" i bakkant. Kostade mig typ 100 kr.

It could be a trick of the camera, but in the end when you checked the cuts, they didn't look square. Is that just my eyes bugging out?
Thank you for the video. I love your idea of 3D printing the runners in PLA. After using the sled for some time now, do the runners hold up?
They certainly do! As long as they are printed with 100% infill I think they will last a long time
