      Hi John, what about the vegetarian DHA from algae? Can this element be found in spirulina?

      ​@@catherineh7988 DHA algal oil is extracted from algae and concentrated to be consumed as a source of omega 3. Although spirulina has some omega 3 in it but the amount is too little to be considered a good source of omega 3

    螺旋藻從小時候媽媽就喂我吃了,吃了20多年快30年了,也因為藻藍蛋白、SOD等抗氧化,造成凍齡了。好多朋友都問我為什麼你不會老的😂 雖然它不是什麼仙丹,但是對保持身體營養均衡,抗氧化是有補助的。重點是要選對品牌與廠商才能安心吃那麼久。

      小球藻沒有真或假的B12,有些報告說有,但是大多數是真B12。所以應該不會影響B12的吸收
      至於排毒是指排重金屬毒,動物研究表明,小球藻可以吸收重金屬,若中大量重金屬,有些少作用。所以對一般人其實沒有什麼”排毒”功效。
      要知道的是,如果小球藻的來源不好,吃進肚子的小球藻可能已經吸收了重金屬,所以也要小心

      @@JohnHealthCoach 謝謝你的回覆!我因為之前有一段時間服食過醫治焦慮症的藥物,之後就開始有黑眼圈,我懷疑身體積聚了毒素,我聽了另外一個頻道建議怎樣幫身體排毒,話每星期用一次Activated Charcoal排重金屬,然後再用Chlorella 排身體其餘的毒素,於是我在Amazon買了一隻台灣出產的Chlorella,但這個產品是每粒是50/50 Chlorella + Spirulina, 我是剛剛才收到,只吃了兩天,我聽了你說關於螺旋藻的這些影片之後,有點後悔,我現在想我是不是應該要return? 又或者你覺得這樣的產品會有用嗎?

      螺旋藻雖然有鐵質,如果mg/g來看好像很高,但是就要吃很多才能得到。所以用來補鐵質不是很好。最好的鐵質來源是血紅素鐵(heme iron),肝、肉類、沙丁魚等都可以補鐵質

      I've checked Elken's website, I can't find any mentions about its source of spirulina, where it is grown, testing for liver toxins (microcystin) and neurotoxins (BMAA), third-party testing, etc. Maybe you can email the company's representative directly and ask them. I prefer brands that are transparent and provide consumers with information.
      So if you're looking to include spirulina as your supplements, those are some of the things you should look at.

      @@WWF755 現在沒有一個認證去認定spirulina的真假。但是正如video所講,要找可信的牌子。例如有提供檢測肝和神經毒素、提供螺旋藻的來源等。

      I have mentioned cosway's spirulina in the part 1 video, Cosway also get their spirulina from Parry nutraceuticals, which mentioned on their website that they tested for neurotoxin and hepatotoxin

      對的,因為我們不能吃500克螺旋藻,所以那些將螺旋藻與水果和蔬菜進行比較的營銷噱頭毫無意義

      你仍然沒看懂,不會沒有意義,假設當數值含量差到一千倍的時候,假設吸收率一樣的時候,你原本要吃兩百克香蕉,只需要吃0.2克的替代品。
      如影片所示,那幾顆螺旋藻有那一小片香蕉十倍鉀,那一小片香蕉的十倍,換算不就是需要30克香蕉,30克香蕉的鉀才會等於那幾顆螺旋藻的鉀🙄

      再來,所有食物營養的標準定量,基本都是100克為基本重量單位來定量。同樣重量定量出來的含量才有意義。
