Unfortunately, we don't sell actual seats or the seat frames. That said, if you are looking to put seats from vehicle A into vehicle B you probably will have to do some custom fabrication to get the seat frame rails to bolt down properly.

These are factory style replacements specific to the 2003-2006 Chevrolet Silverado. They will not fit any other seat, but if you have these Silverado seats in your conversion van then that would work just fine. Typically, Chevy conversion vans do not share seats with the Silverado so this would probably not work.

Douglas Pipke I am not exactly sure what you mean when you say that you do not like the style and you want Denali or higher grade seats. The Denali seats are exactly the same as the regular Sierra seats in 2003-2015 in the GMC Sierra. The only differences are cosmetic things like stitching colors or perforation. So the actual seat core (foam, frame, etc.) and basic materials (leather, vinyl, etc.) are the same. I would suggest calling in to our toll-free number and talking to one of our customer service reps and they could let you know what is possible with our packages.

Good question. The life of a leather interior is strongly dependent upon the amount of maintenance and care given to it. I would say probably 90%-95% of people do very little to zero maintenance on their interiors and they will typically get around 4-5 years of use out of them. If properly taken care of, interiors can last 10+ years easily. Of course, you will still see some wear lines and age over time.

The product used in the spray can was a very harsh chemical that also pulled the top coat from the leather. We used it only to show the difference in coloration between the worn factory upholstery and what it should look like originally. For a good cleaner that will not rip the top coat off, we would suggest Mother's LeatherTech line of Foaming Wash and Infusion Cream. It is only in the videos that we really carry these seats that much and most the seats do not weight nearly as much as these Silverado seats because of the all the electronics. Our installation bay out back is within just a few feet of the vehicle and so there is literally just a few steps between the vehicle and the surface on which we complete the install.

The same stains on the center console are in the before and after pictures of the armrest. And the placement of the mat and the angle that the picture was taken at on the passenger seat is different, but its the same interior.

lack of care, most leather including these need to be cleaned and conditioned once a month- remember its basically skin but with out a body underneath maintaining it so now, that is your job. Clean and condition it with acdelco leather cleaner and then use the acdelco conditioner.
Ozzie Sheppard I figured it was due to poor care. Still though, I've got a 10 year old honda van from the south and the leather was never conditioned or cleaned. 230k on the odometer. No cracks, no rips, and no tough spots. On the other hand the leather in my friend's chevy truck was wasted after 5 years and just over 100k. Maybe something's up with their quality? I can't find a chevy truck that has GOOD leather at all.
***Classified*** Thats because the honda had vinyl, it lasts longer but gives off fumes and isn't as supple when new, my suburban with 498k on the odo still has original leather with only a small tear, its all in the care. also the new chevy trucks have a better designed seat that will last longer. Also think about the way you get in the honda- you lower your self down into the seat, in a truck you slide out and put excessive wear on the side buster and material.
***Classified*** also yes, they may have shitty leather, but probably its in the care. Mine have sure lasted- but with proper care, so has the rest of the truck.
Weird I always found GM leather wore much better then most of the other brands, especially Japanese cars which have paper thin leather. The damaged arm rest on that generation truck was leatherette. Leatherette usually cracks and looks terrible fairly quick except on Mercedes for some reason (they have some magic vinyl). The best leather in the industry is by far the Dakota leather seats on BMWs with the Sport or M Sport packages. Dakota leather is so thick and I’ve yet to have one rip or crack yet even on my older BMWs. On my 2009 the seats still look brand new including the drivers side. If you compare the Dakota to the base model bmws that have leatherette the difference is unbelievable. The base models will start cracking at 50000km and ruin the interior. Always opt for real leather it pays in the long run. Also really do your homework since many brands try to pass of leatherette as real leather. Dodge does this on their Laramies which have fake leather but in the options says “leather”. The Longhorns, Limiteds, and Tungstens have real leather and wear much better. BMW and Mercedes also try and pass off the leatherette found on base models as real leather and most owners never even realize they got conned. Mercedes is the only brand who has leatherette that wears better then genuine. I have a few friends and family with Mercedes one of the oldest being a 2007 and the seats are still like new. Very unusual for a leatherette seat and it makes upgrading to leather on Mercedes less of a necessity compared to the rest of the brands. Nothing worse then cracked seats to kill resale value of an otherwise clean car. I always look at the used car market and examine the interiors before decide what trim level to buy on a new vehicle.

Why did chevy make such a shitty leather seat? All older ones did this, what gives?
lack of care, most leather including these need to be cleaned and conditioned once a month- remember its basically skin but with out a body underneath maintaining it so now, that is your job. Clean and condition it with acdelco leather cleaner and then use the acdelco conditioner.
Ozzie Sheppard I figured it was due to poor care. Still though, I've got a 10 year old honda van from the south and the leather was never conditioned or cleaned. 230k on the odometer. No cracks, no rips, and no tough spots. On the other hand the leather in my friend's chevy truck was wasted after 5 years and just over 100k. Maybe something's up with their quality? I can't find a chevy truck that has GOOD leather at all.
***Classified*** Thats because the honda had vinyl, it lasts longer but gives off fumes and isn't as supple when new, my suburban with 498k on the odo still has original leather with only a small tear, its all in the care. also the new chevy trucks have a better designed seat that will last longer. Also think about the way you get in the honda- you lower your self down into the seat, in a truck you slide out and put excessive wear on the side buster and material.
***Classified*** also yes, they may have shitty leather, but probably its in the care. Mine have sure lasted- but with proper care, so has the rest of the truck.
Weird I always found GM leather wore much better then most of the other brands, especially Japanese cars which have paper thin leather. The damaged arm rest on that generation truck was leatherette. Leatherette usually cracks and looks terrible fairly quick except on Mercedes for some reason (they have some magic vinyl).
The best leather in the industry is by far the Dakota leather seats on BMWs with the Sport or M Sport packages. Dakota leather is so thick and I’ve yet to have one rip or crack yet even on my older BMWs. On my 2009 the seats still look brand new including the drivers side. If you compare the Dakota to the base model bmws that have leatherette the difference is unbelievable. The base models will start cracking at 50000km and ruin the interior.
Always opt for real leather it pays in the long run. Also really do your homework since many brands try to pass of leatherette as real leather. Dodge does this on their Laramies which have fake leather but in the options says “leather”. The Longhorns, Limiteds, and Tungstens have real leather and wear much better. BMW and Mercedes also try and pass off the leatherette found on base models as real leather and most owners never even realize they got conned.
Mercedes is the only brand who has leatherette that wears better then genuine. I have a few friends and family with Mercedes one of the oldest being a 2007 and the seats are still like new. Very unusual for a leatherette seat and it makes upgrading to leather on Mercedes less of a necessity compared to the rest of the brands.
Nothing worse then cracked seats to kill resale value of an otherwise clean car. I always look at the used car market and examine the interiors before decide what trim level to buy on a new vehicle.
I have a 2006 GMC sierra single cab (2 door) with soft upholstery seats. Is there any way I can change them to black leather without having to buy whole new seats.

It is a complete replacement leather upholstery kit that requires you to remove the factory cloth (leaving the existing seat foam) so that ours can be installed in its place.
