I am fresh of the call center job for ISP where I was troubleshooting basic internet, email and hardware issues. I love IT field and trying very hard to land entry level Help Desk position. I started applying over a month ago and already had 15 interviews but unfortunately no one is getting back to me. I spend every day watching Help desk training videos and answers that I came across on my interviews. I learned AD from scratch, command prompt for basic network troubleshooting, remote access, and even started reading CCNA book. Still out of luck:(

Get a linux or Cisco Cert if you havent already i know so many people who doors have open for them from having this Not just a+ and comptia but those cisco certs are worth it.

oooh right man Thank you broo, - I have a Confession lol I just finished a course called ITonlinelearning Course, it contained ComPTIA certification 901 and 801 and others like MCSE windows 7 and others. It had alot of videos which were really long the Tutor kind of rushed through it, and at the end I had to Complete Multiple Choice Questions, I understood some of the content but I'm a bit disappointed because it didn't go right to the core at the centre point of the topics. And Now i'm a bit anxious as to If I were to apply for 1st Line IT support Jobs, what would they require of me - especially when it comes to interviews. how do you connect the software to the rest of the say '300 computers'? how does it work that the software can pick up on this?
