agreed. I'll try this soon. I've seen some goat's milk yogurt lately and while it's not so different, it's quite thick and nice and I know I'd like to se it used more often in my kitchen.
clean, simple, bold enough flavors. I'd see some oil around....maybe even pumpkin oil from Austria....not too much. Or a bit of the oil with the pickle brine to break it up and give delicate contrast, shine and mouthfeel to the stark white and perfectly steamed cod loin. Yes, I do like this and I appreciate the inspiration offered. Will do with freshest fish and squash local to me.
nah....huh? lol. Is it because he'd cry immediately at the direction of Marco Pierre White? lol. Kidding friend.... he seems easy going and not intimidating whatsoever. 🍻
right. The steaming broth rarely has any impact no matter how it's seasoned. It must be bold if it's to have any effect and if the cuisson isn't used, it will doubtfully make much difference. Nonetheless, the simplicity and clean execution appears perfect and the yogurt cracker is special enough to take from the video on it's own.
Best creative way of doing crackers. Really amazing technique

This chef reminds me of Ralf fiennes. Anyways, the dish is beautiful.
This Chef gives me Gordon Ramsay vibes.

@@crimsonfancyI think it's more the way he describes everything as "beautiful" or "amazing"
@@richardshackleton9827 Ahhh! Yes. I understand and do agree with your observation. 😉
Bro just said "lightly seasoned water just to bring some seasoning as the fish is cooking." I hate chefs sometimes.
