Yash, that’s a very good vlog Is it worth investing in a residential project near one of these new metro stations ? I am looking at a property near Sant Tukaram Metro station in PCMC.
If there were share autos available to the metro stations it would have been better and also the metro does not cover kharadi. But overall it’s nice and economical
Nice question. I’d give it an 8. Areas of improvement could be: Entrance through the gates (it was laggy took 3 seconds to scan), purchasing tickets(UPI payment is not yet seamless) and travel to destination from the metro station. Hope that helps 😇
Stupidity at its best.. if you have taken 6-8 years and deliver nothing more than a joy ride . This is patheticnwaste of my money.. why should I pay taxes when you are just going to take your own time to build nothing more than a joy ride..
@@YashVikhankar the present routes are not designed to daily commute to companies and no convenient option to travel to metro station. That's why most Pune people prefer commute by personal vehicle.
@@samarthpatil-z3d I agree - last mile connectivity can be better. But the metro is still a great start to making commute easier for long distances. For example: Bopodi to Hinjewadi/Civil Court
