I'm going to keep waiting for the fiber scanning display version with the 80+ degree FOV.
Anything you have to use a cable with isn’t going to sell.
Umm VR? The high end VR machines require you to be plugged into a computer.
interesting because their whole premise was to have Augmented Reality and holograms without glasses. Or am i the only one who remembers that.
Juan Sabater It was always going to be a wearable. Magic Leap's CEO just didn't like the word "glasses."
Kutastha Well obviouly to be more accurate, up until now they should have been using the word "goggles". He probably knew that was a more acurrate description of them, and that was the term he wanted to avoid.
Well they are still obviouly years away from delivering something like the few-years-old video of a whale bursting out of a gym room floor with 200 highschoolers watching it with great delight and cheering. What a let down from the hype they pumped out all during their massive secrecy stage of the past 7 years.
That company will disappear in one year...this product still unpractical and limited in functionality.
