What are you smoking in that pipe! NSW cops will defect anything that’s not standard and 9/10 you’ll have to remove everything to put it back to stock. The amount of defect location setup stations nowadays is ridiculous. You can’t drive a modded car anywhere in Sydney without being pulled over and checked.

Unpopular opinion, when you make your car unroadworthy, you know what you are doing. Bald tires are a joke, seriously. If you can't afford to keep roadworthy tires on your car, don't drive it, it's a pretty serious issue. You might not care or think it's funny but when you injure or worse someone else because of bald tires then you won't think it's funny anymore. The other stuff might be stupid but the tires is definitely on you. Then you admit your lights don't work either. Yeah, cool man. Defects are there for people just in this situation that are genuinely causing hazards on the road. If it was just the airbox and maybe being too low, sure, the 'cops were picking on you' but the rest, you need to sort out your decisions when it comes to cars. You want to drive cars with bald tires, do it where you're not going to take out an innocent member of the public in the rain.
If its like hr31 skylines they have a park light switch on the bottom left head side of the cluster. Thats usually the source of light issues.
