Tim you have inspired me with many different types of movement since I was a teenager following you through parkour!
I recently grabbed one of your ropes and I have not been able to put it down 🙌 everything about it makes sense to me and I love to learn about it I crave getting into that flow state after a long day of work and thank you for helping me to restore that style of training! This is great stuff 💪🏼 ♾️

Thanks coach Tim! Based on your other single arm video, I think #7 is mislabeled as UH spiral, but it is the OH pattern where you switch your feet to start and add the throw, and underhand spiral was omitted from the underhand patterns section. Can't wait to keep learning these awesome patterns!!! Cheers!

Did you forget your PE kit, mate? 😂 Lol, I'm only messing, great vid! 🙌
I'm new to rope flow but am finding it incredibly beneficial for the obvious reasons but also, just for anyone reading this who might also have fibromyalgia/CFS/autoimmune disease or anything that causes pain, stiffness and taxes your energy and strength, this is a fantastic way to manage it whilst improving agility and strength. Love it! 😎💜🙌

Absolutely loved it. Just finished the 8-week rope flow course. But definitely going to learn a number of the ones I saw in this video. Will you be doing tutorials for the flows that are in the video but not in the 8-week course? Unfortunately, because of my knees, I will need to modify the jumping flows, lunges, etc.

Hey man, congrats thats awesome! Lot's are already on the channel here (as you may know) any specific you saw that you'd like to learn?

Actually Tim, the wax off, home run, topspin, and the UH meteor hammer. But I guess if I watch the video enough I might be able to figure them out. I looked on your channel and saw some of the others are already on the channel. Your rope flow sessions I love. They have become an integral part of my workouts. Ethier as a warm-up or as the cardio after my strength workout.@@Tims_Gym

I'd love to see a breakdown of the 3 beat matador and billy jean (which looks like a rotating mix of sneak/dragon roll). I can do all the component movements, but having a hard time understanding the sequencing on those.

i only know the sneaks, dragon roll, and matador. BUT if you want to make the sneaks harder try jumping through them, i don’t think that was covered here
