How To Stop Syncing Mail Notification Problem - Fix Gmail Not Sending Emails

Today i get the following one error notification while i try to tab my android phone notification panel :
Syncing mail...
So what is the meaning of this message?.
This is coming from gmail app which means that gmail contacts sync may be have problem or not working properly.

How to fix gmail not syncing and not sending emails issues :
1.Just open your mobile settings and goto "Apps" or "Application management".
2.Here you can locate that gmail app and click to open it.
3.In this app section you can goto "Storage" and click to clear that app data's.
4.Don't forget to restart your device.
5.If this method not works just locate that unsent email from outbox and simply click to delete it.
6.This is one and only way to disable or remove this kind of notifications.
7.My best suggestion is don't turn off your sync settings in your mobile.
