This has made such a massive change in my life after 2 sessions. I swear! I am a mom of 3 and after my youngest was born, my pelvic floor muscles were so weak, the doctor checking me didn't even register a kegal on the machine. I have been using liners and pads for probably 3 years. I thought I had no other solution. I started a week ago, and did 2 sessions, and havent used a pad since. It's insane!!!
Thank dear Teacher for your wonderful and practical demonstrative lessons for strengthening my pelvic floor. With my heartfelt and fervent prayers to God for you.
I can honestly say that this is the best pelvic floor video I have seen. Since practicing a few times my physio has been able to measure the improvement. The fact that the leg tendons are recognised as being involved is a massive help as I injured an adductor and the physio concentrates purely on kegels. So the strengthening of the legs has helped the significant improvement. Thank you so much Dr Bri
I'm so amazed how I can now move my pelvic floor up and down, and separate sitting bones at same time, without actually doing Kegels! Kegels for me make things much worse. I especially liked the toes in toes out sequence because it was so subtle, yet did so much. Thank you so much Dr Bri for showing all these!
I really appreciate how much of an exercise regimen you make this. It's very easy to watch videos about individual exercises, and then forget them all because they don't form a cohesive workout. But love how you progress through it all, and give time to actually make this a regular watch to reinforce doing these daily.
Thank you so much. I’ve learned from you the connection between jaw and pelvis, and I’ve suffer from jaw dislocated for the last 15 years which made my whole back and sitting bone area muscles were messed. I’ve worked on jaw recovery for the last year, but my back just do not feeling right no matter how much yoga stretches I do. After this video I can finally walking comfortably for the first time. I do have exercise daily routine so I have to say this short video is better than any yoga that anyone think is helpful.
Thank you so much for sharing these exercises on youtube! I liked them all because they seemed to be easier to do than the ones my physiotherapist has given me which I was unable to do and were off-putting. I feel there is some hope now that I can make my pelvic floor muscles stronger and won't give up. Thank you!
There is always hope !! Don't hesitate to explore my other videos. I have Ab Camp, Kegel Camp, and other great exercises for a stronger core and pelvic floor :)
Thank you so much Bri, the most informative and well-guided PV video and information I've found in years. I have a 4 and 6-year-old and haven't been able to jump, run, cough or sneeze without bladder leakage since giving birth. I'm going to try my best to do these exercises every morning and check back with progress. My goal is to be able to jump on the trampoline with my kids without feeling like my insides are going to fall out, I've had enough and I'm ready to be strong again xx :)
Glad it was helpful! I highly recommend visiting a pelvic floor PT. They can provide individualized guidance. In the meantime, you can try my Lift program for free. It can help you feel stronger in your core and pelvic floor muscles bit.ly/liftforfree
I'm so happy I discovered you and this video. I'm really struggling lately was very bad lower back pain and I do believe I have pelvic floor dysfunction based on the testing that you had in your other video. I really like your approach to this and I'm going to stick with these exercises. Thank you so much.

Awesome to hear this videos is helpful ! Kegels are not the only exercises that can strengthen the pelvic floor. I have many Kegel-free workouts on my channel.
I really enjoy feeling my body working. It is interesting gettting to know the working of muscles that I took little note of before. I am 69 years old and thank you for bringing these new sensations into my life and helping me to keep fit in such a gentle way.
After a traumatic pelvic fracture in my 20's, two kids and not taking care of my body at 55 I have prolapse of the bladder and bowel into the vagina , arthritis in my lower back 😢 , a little bladder leakage and pain now in menopause. I'm very much looking forward to healing my pelvic region. These exercises in just one session made a difference in the mobility of that area. Thank you❤
Just found your video while looking for pelvic floor exercises. I really enjoy your clear explanations and will be incorporating your set into my regular strengthening exercises. Thank you!

Thank you so much after doing these exercises once I no longer have leakage. I’ve done other exercises but they haven’t stopped my problem. I can only deduce your comprehensive exercises don’t miss any part of the pelvic floor. Feels like a miracle

Thank you. I’m starting to work more on strengthening my pelvic floor area now that I am better at releasing. Right now I am using the chair option but maybe later will move to the floor. I so appreciate you helping both men and women to deal with these issues.
AWESOME! Enjoy! Really creative ways to get those deep core muscles firing, to improve awareness of the pelvic floor, and to get everything working together!
This is so helpful! Can't wait to use your videos in addition to regular gym for core strengthening! Had my abs sliced open during exploratory laproscopy for endometriosis and after 2 vaginal births, my pelvic floor is a mess!
Thank you so much for the way you explain the pelvic floor issue. I've watched over 30 videos for exercises to reduce my sciatica pain and I finally could understand why some of them do nothing or make it worse for me. My problem is with the pelvic floor. Thank you!

Thanks for your exercises, and sharing your knowledge. Also much appreciate the mental encouragement as sometimes it feels like i'm never going to get it - good days and bad days! I really like the first exercise where you stand and lift your feet and i can feel it connecting in my perlic floor which reassures me that it is still there....!😃
You're welcome! And yes, the mental encouragement is key... Keep practicing, and keep going! Every day is different and with time and consistency you WILL notice progress.
My first Dr. Bri work out, loved the anatomical descriptions of the pelvic floor....Great for visualising on how to relax. Favourite move....frog pose at the end, brilliant.

Wow! Love love love this! Just finished your fab Lift programme and this makes a great addition to the Lift bonus routine to do on days when I have a little more time. The leg sweeps are amazing and a great alternative to static kegels which have not worked for me. Thank you so much yet again, Dr Bri 🙏❤️
Hi Dr Bri, Thank you for more pelvic floor exercises. I love all the moves you teach. I’m always very excited to see yr new video with new moves for my pelvic floor as I hv bladder prolapse. 🙏🏻😊
Thank you for another great video. I especially liked the wide leg kegel. It definitely brought a lot more awareness to the move. I'll be doing this workout often. Joanne x
And I will combine these lower body exercises with the upper body exercises in your channel. A complete present prom the three Wise Men! Greetings from Spain! Hugs and kisses 💚🎁
Your foot moves gave me some insight into my situation. I had an operation on my leg where they took part of my fibula for a graft. But in so doing they must have damaged a nerve that caused my right big and next toe to feel contracted. To the point that I have worn only Vibram toe shoes for 10 years. Years ago I started to have terrible classic pelvic pains, which my dr at the time thought was prostrate infection etc. After about a year I finally got to a pelvic floor therapist, which has helped immensely. Had it redone 2 times since. My whole point is that my whole inner balance from the right toed up is messed up, and perhaps that was the trigger that brought all this on. Just a thought. Anyway, love what you ate doing to help people. Keep it up😀
Thank you so much for these pelvic exercises, I was searching for a pelvic floor therapist and nobody seems to be focusing on these areas like you are...Amazing!🥰
Thank you, I loved the sitting on the chair and isolating the side pelvic floor muscles and hip lifting...andno more keels (they used to make me feels 'almost nauseous')
This was so good, so much better than those pelvic floor exercises that the nurses here in the uk tell you. They say, try feel to hold your urine for 10seconds then release for 10seconds. It was actually giving me pelvic floor pain on the left side of my pelvic floor that area you said at 8:12. im doing this daily. And can please can you answer my question i said before I'll be eternally eternally grateful.
Hi Dr Bri, loved doing this . Watching your channel, so useful. Just to confirm: I’m breathing and aware but not “doing up zips” “stopping the pee”, “holding in a fart”… just awareness, movements, and breathing? I’ve lost the ability to do the above “kegel instructions” ! Many thanks.
I'm glad you enjoyed the exercises and find the channel helpful! You're right-focus on awareness, movements, and breathing without "doing up zips," "stopping the pee," or "holding in a fart." If traditional kegel instructions are challenging, that's okay. Your approach of awareness, movement, and breathing can help too. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
I always watch and follow yr videos Dr. Bri, even though this is the tough one, I love it. More than thank you. U help improve my pelvic floor muscles and strengthen it. Thanks again 🙏
Now once again, big big and Smile Thanks for creative and amazing work out. I am very very happy to do all these. I get excited power from these all work out. Thank you so much from my bottom of heart.
Thank you! I have just been diagnosed with prolapse. For weeks i have been avoiding pelvic exercices not knowing if its ok or not . THis was a good feeling and i réalise i needed to do THis.

Great video explaining these exercises! Having the model for demonstration was very helpful. I've only heard of kegel exercises but did those for months without a whole lot of improvement. Thank you so much for this wonderful video!
Glad it was helpful! There are so many great strengthening exercises that don’t involve Kegels. If you feel that Kegels are not helping you, it might indicate that you have excessive pelvic tension. As a distance swimmer majority of my life feel treading water for long periods of time as well as swimming was extremely good for using your muscles... I have not been able to for the last 6 yrs due to being a 24/7 cg and never having time for myself and miss the energy derived from daily swims and exercise so much hope to be able to get back to my life someday soon ..
I hope you get back to swimming and all the activities you love. Please visit a local pelvic floor PT for individualized guidance ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
I really enjoyed the heel drag out and back in. I have had some tightness in the left side of the pelvic floor. I am not sure what had caused it, but this movement did feel good. I usually have to do some yoga moves to loosen the hip flexor, but again, I really liked this simple movement. Thank you for the knowledge you are sharing. It has helped me increase my activity especially when playing with my children. :)
Thank you so much for these easy to do exercises - I feel very confident in their worth. The thing is I have a stage 4 prolapse, and at 82 don't want surgery. Apart from this I am very fit and I have been coping with it very well. My question is - as the pelvic floor gets stronger, will the displaced organs move back up ?
I'm so glad you liked those! Activating the hip muscles (including the hip abductors and adductors / outer and inner thighs) helps to activate and strengthen the pelvic floor. Combining the movement with the breath takes it to the next level!

Thank you! I have just been diagnosed with prolapse. For weeks i have been avoiding pelvic exercices not knowing if its ok or not . THis was a good feeling and i réalise i needed to do THis.
Trying to get off oxybutynin, so this is helpful. Kegel was the only one I knew about. Thank you.
You are so welcome! Feel free to explore my other videos too :)

My Overcome program can help reduce tension. You can grab the first week for free bit.ly/overcomewomenfree

I love this thank you so much during the session you make me smile because it's the truth ❤
Awwww, thank you !!
Love all your pelvic videos! Have helped me out a lot
Finally moves that works your pelvic floor in a fun way
Very informative. Thank you for your expertise♥️

Great Routine!!! Very Helpful. Thanks.
I liked the in and out leg slides 👌 thank you 😊
I'm so glad you liked those! Activating the hip muscles (including the hip abductors and adductors / outer and inner thighs) helps to activate and strengthen the pelvic floor. Combining the movement with the breath takes it to the next level!
Thank you so much for sharing this explanation and exercises :)
I found the leg movement especially difficult. That means practice more! Thanks for the exercises.
