Hey! Works for me. I’m 68 with healed over traumatic leg injury. I’m a bit stiff on some leg stretches ,BUT IM MOVING! Lately in 2023 diagnosed with AFIB. Been feeling weak along with a weight jumping up. This feels like a real turn around. Thanks Thanks Thanks!

I have an aortic thoracic aneurysm of 4.9 cm. No one is telling me about exercise other than walking,I also have liver and prostate problems,my head is all over the place can you give me any advice on diet ,exercise etc. as I've gone from 15st to 17 St. HELP PLEASE thanks and a healthy New Year to all out there.

Uhmm....rather disjointed this one. Not really a chair work out.
I just did the chai based ones, and adapted the others or did a chair one twice. Excellent series.
