    Hey! Works for me. I’m 68 with healed over traumatic leg injury. I’m a bit stiff on some leg stretches ,BUT IM MOVING! Lately in 2023 diagnosed with AFIB. Been feeling weak along with a weight jumping up. This feels like a real turn around. Thanks Thanks Thanks!

    Put a clock next to the camera, then you don't have to keep looking down, it will look much more professional. Good video, thanks for taking the time to make it and for sharing it with us. Good luck and fair winds.

    I have an aortic thoracic aneurysm of 4.9 cm. No one is telling me about exercise other than walking,I also have liver and prostate problems,my head is all over the place can you give me any advice on diet ,exercise etc. as I've gone from 15st to 17 St. HELP PLEASE thanks and a healthy New Year to all out there.

      I just did the chai based ones, and adapted the others or did a chair one twice. Excellent series.
