*Suggestion:* Include timestamps. It makes it more obvious that a lot of effort has been put into video production and makes longer videos feel neat and organized. It also makes videos easier to navigate, ESAM and hungrybox do it. I don't believe it would negatively impact the number of views, but at the very least experiment with it and see if timestamps negatively impact your view statistics.

Yeah I just unsubbed. I could forgive bowser, but chrom is not better than roy. He can be a good alt for certain mu's though his recovery is just bunk and his combos are more tight.

I think in the previous tier list video he explained that they aren't placing the characters in any particular order compared to eachother but instead just what tier they fall into

8:07, nah Roy is better than Chrom. Its not a gigantic difference, but it is significant enough. If you look at the tier list's of pros most of them consistently rank Roy higher than Chrom. Yea Chrom's attacks are more consistent but the problem is Chrom's recovery is just so horrendous that even casual players can pretty easily gimp him at the ledge, he is one of the easiest characters to edgeguard because of his Up B. And even though Chrom's attacks are more technically more consistent, Roy's sweetspot is gigantic, so its really not terribly difficult to hit them. And when you do hit his sweetspots, most of his moves kill as early as a lot of the heavyweight characters. IMO Chrom is low A tier and Roy is High A tier/Low S tier.
Not to say, Roy’s kill confirms work at a wider range of percents then chrom
I think Roy has better matchups, because chrom is kinda free off stage.

I mean, yeah in terms of literal recovery distance it's pretty bad, but also if you mess up while contesting him offstage you'll at best be put in disadvantage, and at worst outright die🤷

Aw yeah! My Samus be locking down the ledge with bombs and an up tilt. And I love that her down smash now kills where back in 4 it was just for tickling the opponent a little.
I'm baffled when I heard the section about Samus NAIR go on for a minute when charge shot was barely talked about, what happened there lol

I feel sephiroth is over rated and mid tier like once offline starts up again its gonna be more clear since online hes buffed a lot. And also byleth *might* hightier now because of buffs/mk leo

It’s more that characters should have explanations for their placements.

Samus Nair is difficult to land, but when it does it packs a punch, not to mention its great against predictable recoveries. Charge Shot on the other hand, is almost universally considered one of the best, if not the best, chargeable projectile in the game.

At this point I don't think placing Diddy in AT LEAST A tier is a suprise to anyone. The more debatable question is whether or not he should have been put in top tier.
I also think Fox could possibly be a top tier, and if Japan is anything to go by then Min Min too.

My brother is a respectfully good Lucas main. He’ll tell you he’s mid tier since he hasn’t got the best out of shield options and a pretty bad disadvantage. He works well within a certain range and if you out space him or rush him down he struggles. You also need to be really patient against most characters, if not you’re in for an up hill battle. He really is just a more balanced, more stylish ness without the things that make ness a pain in the ass to fight. If they buffed his nair and made his dash attack an actual option in neutral he’d be High tier. Till then, top 3 mid tier in my and my bros eyes.

@@davidc. thats not very good evidence. They have more specific and clear evidence, you need to elaborate, "having a brain" is basic and incredibly vague. Also, you cannot declare that Roy is better than Chrom, as it is a subjective topic. This is the reason that tier lists differ, even among top players.

I look at these comments and realized that there’s a lot of un informed people..this is the most accurate Smash ultimate offline tier list I’ve ever seen on RUclips..with only a couple of characters I question

When Chrom has one of the most abysmal recoveries ever.
I think chroms recover compared to Roy is kinda blown out of proportion since people don’t mess with blazer because they’re too scared even though the hitbox is super easy to beat or trade with as basically every relevant character. And as the video said, chrom does have strengths of his own so I agree with them being next to each other.
@@HONEST-xj4rr roy's blazer can be angled, so while it is relatively easy to challenge(still harder to challenge than soaring slash), roy an mixup his directions to avoid an edge guard.

I’d say Bowser is either high tier or high mid tier. He does have some really good stuff going for him but he is still combo food and gets edge guarded super hard, possibly having the worst disadvantage state of any relevant character.
