  • This is a special episode of the podcast. After more than 200 conversations with the world’s top performers, you start to spot certain patterns. These are the shared habits, hacks, philosophies, and tools that are the common threads of success, happiness, health, and wealth.
These commonalities were the premise of my most recent book, The New York Times #1 bestseller Tools of Titans - a compilation of my favorite lessons, routines, and tips of many of my guests.

My morning ritual: Wake up at 6AM (NO SNOOZING hehe), meditate for 10 minutes, then on to a 7 minute workout (it's an app and it's awsome), after that I eat a healthy breakfast and after that I'm off to work. Takes about 45 minutes, but trust me, it helps me so much in productivity throughout my day!

granola with low fat yoghurt. I make my own granola, no supermarket shit. That is full with sugars.

Low fat yogurt is full of sugar, eat Greek yogurt instead, much better for you!

not necesarily full of sugar but you gotta look out when you buy dairy as normally it is indeed full of shit. I rather full fat greek yogurt/natural yogurt unsweetened with fruit or granola as you said. Although I just normall do not eat untill past 12.

Tim Ferris Show, Pioneers of Insight by Jerry Gaura and The #AskGaryVee Show are the best podcast shows to follow. Inspiring, full of golden nuggets for life and business too. I am not sure there are other podcast worth following aside from these 3. Kindly enlighten me.

I think it's the small habits like this that really add up to success in the end. For me reading non fiction books on self improvement for example has worked especially good in the mornings, also it feels great to start of the day in a productive state. Anyways I recently uploaded my first video on to my channel, on the topic of planning ahead consistently and how this too can add up to something bigger. The topic is really close to my heart so if anybody outthere would like to check it out and leave me some feedback for the future, I'd appreciate that a lot :)

After finishing this up, I was thinking about what Scott Adams said about those insane, extreme coincides that accompanied him setting goals, affirming them & visualizing them -- specifically, his story about getting a score of 94. Literally just after finishing this podcast while thinking about that, I opened up my motivation playlist on youtube with over 200 videos, had the compulsion to randomly scroll down far then click on whatever I land on -- and wouldn't you know it, the first 10 seconds of that video feature Tom Bilyeu quoting none other than Scott Adams.
Coincidence? Maybe. I don't think so.

I must say I loved all the content throughout the entire podcast/ radio but surprisingly [for me] Scott Adams' story was the one that jumped out most to me - he was one of the few people you've brought onto your podcast who I've been hesitant to listen for an unknown reason! Keep up the great work Tim!
