  • Tony Robbins is the world’s most famous performance coach. He’s advised everyone from Bill Clinton to Serena Williams, and from Leonardo DiCaprio to Oprah (who calls him “superhuman”).
    For years, you’ve also asked me to interview him in-depth - so here it is! I flew to Florida to spend time with Tony in his home, and what ensued was an epic two-part conversation. It covers just about everything imaginable.
    In the following interview, we dig into everything: Tony’s morning routines, his diet, how we works with the world’s highest-performing athletes and traders, common misconceptions about him, the most typical money mistakes he’s uncovered, and on and on.

    Listen to how worn out his voice is! Tony just keeps giving the positive message to the point of wreaking havoc on his health.. Truly selfless motivation.. or "selfish" in the most selfless way possible. Tell Tony to take more frequent breaks, it'd be nice to have him around longer :)

    9:45 - most people are surface level, Props to Tim for going deep
    11:09 - Tony questions:who are they? What are they made of? What are they after? What’s preventing them from getting it? Where are their wounds? What are they proud of?

      not to be a ass but your commenting on a youtube video, he is the subject of the interview. seems he has found success with his message and people wouldn't keep him coming back if he was a "master snakeoil salesman" I would think. Just my opinion.

    How is Navy Seal training even applicable to the problems of everyday people? Everytime one of these super gurus talks about how awesome seal training is, and try to apply it to everyday life, i want to gag. The main problem with modern life is controlling your mental focus and elminating or reducing distraction, it has nothing to do with being able to sit buried in cold mud for hours. That said I'll still overview the video, just saying the Navy Seal thing needs to be thrown out completely and real life issues need to be address in order for people to truly benefit from advice.

    • @jasongravely7217

      Orthopraxis “real life issues” I’m sure are part of the diagnosis his method fixes with his seminars and coaching.

    • @ignaciogerberg3408
      @ignaciogerberg3408 3 года назад

      Dude, sitting buried in cold mud for hours is all about mental focus and eliminating distractions. You completely missed the value. Seal or military training is completely applicable to modern-day life.

    • @orthopraxis235
      @orthopraxis235 3 года назад

      @@ignaciogerberg3408 When all Navy seals are the ones who throughout life are happy, sustainably wealthy, healthy and definitely role models for everyone, then I will believe that it was due to the focus gained via being buried in cold mud. My experience is that they have the same problems as everyone else, and need to focus specifically on the right outcomes in each area, as they go through life, in order to continually handle things. More often than not, those in the military and many veterans come of the service experience very badly off, despite the forced discpline training they received in boot camp, or at Navy seal training, etc. It's what you do when you have all the choices available to you, when you are not forced to do one thing or another or yelled at etc, that makes much of the difference. And my opinion is that these training exercises do not really carry over and help people create the full lives that they truly want. You need to make your own decisions.
