Looking back on the last two years, I’m down 40 pounds which is beyond my goal and have more strength and stamina. At 71 I am in better condition than I was for many years. The work is worth it. Thank you, Sydney, and everyone who keeps encouraging each other.

I was dealing with my anxiety the whole day that I had to take a break, walk, and get some fresh air. Thinking that I have my family, this squad and Sydney as my trainer gave me strength. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Doing this workout just relieved all the unnecessary thoughts I had in mind. I'm spreading love to everyone and most especially to myself! ❤️

At the end of this month (May 2022), I will celebrate my one year of working out with you. SO MUCH has changed for me in the last year. I defended my Masters. Published my research work. Started my full time career. Lost POUNDS and gained muscle definition. Started my own fitness channel on Instagram to hopefully motivate others. And now I'm on my way to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach in addition to my career. All of this is because Sydney u have always been there for me. Doesn't matter how bad my day was or how many problems I had, I always showed up for our workout and listened to you at the end of the workout and reminded myself that tomorrow is a new day and another chance for me to make things better. Probably no one is gonna see this comment :)) I'm aware of that. But I felt the need to tell u how much I appreciate you. You are a gift to this world. You and Dustin are gifts to us and I can't be more grateful for you guys. Sending lots of positive vibes and energy to everyone. Just know that you got this. August 2024~ the whole time I thought the glute bridges at the end would be a nice easier treat to finish a tough workout! shewy- even a bigger burn. I love it now! Ha!

Baby Ari is about a month old and I'm doing STF 3.0 again while Sydney is taking her leave. I loved this program the first time around and I made a lot of progress last summer, so as soon as Sydney announced she was pregnant, I knew I'd do this again ! And the fact baby boy was born right at the beginning of summer makes me feel like it was meant to be to do Summer Time Fine lol ! Miss you Sydney, can't wait till you come back, but we have enough videos to keep us busy until Ari's 3rd birthday 😆
I am amazed by Sydney!!! The energy she gives off is so contagious that me who hates exercising in the afternoon found myself pushing the start arrow to workout alongside everyone all over the world!!!

A breakfast idea to get the right amount of protein and fiber: omelette with sautéed spinach and kale with shredded cheese (all organic of course). Staves off the hunger for longer!

When I started I struggled to do a deadlift with my 8 kg/17.5 pounds kettlebell and a single leg squat was out of the question. now watch me single leg deadlift/squat that baby without a problem. love those workouts, they fly by!

Motivation was hard today. I didn’t get a lot of sleep and my right ankle has been bothering me. But! I did it anyway and I tried my hardest. Wasn’t the prettiest or best workout but I put my all into it and crushed it anyway.

She just keeps me moving!!! I cannot do her workouts every day due to work but I try to do them 2-3 times a week for two months now and I can say that I have seen results. With Sydney I understood that I must workout full body in order to get great results and not only glutes or abs. She made me overcome my "fear" with dumbbells, too 😝. Definitely keep doing your workouts.

Got up at 4am today to workout before hitting the road for 4 hours with work. That is a HUGE change in my life. I am obviously hooked on this program. Before I'd have never gotten up at 5am everyday, not to mention an hour earlier just to workout so I don't get behind. Today I tried the sliders on all the optional opportunities and did it! Yay! This was one of my favorite leg workouts ever. I was really able to connect the mind and muscle. The slider helped so much. I’m spent.

Wasn’t able to do the lateral lunges with weights, but was proud I was able to do em with mods and a proper form! I’ll take that as a victory 🙏🏽

Got up at 4am today to workout before hitting the road for 4 hours with work. That is a HUGE change in my life. I am obviously hooked on this program. Before I'd have never gotten up at 5am everyday, not to mention an hour earlier just to workout so I don't get behind. Today I tried the sliders on all the optional opportunities and did it! Yay! Love the COACHING-VARIETY-EFFECTIVENESS-PACE. Most of 2024 has felt rushed. Even the cool down was varied. Been working out with Sydney for 4+ years.
