Today is a legs and glutes workout so be ready to turn up the intensity and push through the burn! I used my medium and heavy glute resistance bands as well so grab yours or click here to grab yours! We will perform a strength move on one side of your body at a time for 3 rounds each and then close it out with a burnout movement! I used my 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a glute bridge and something as light as a single leg squat for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

Sydney, quick question. When doing glute bridges, my quads are on fire. What am I doing wrong?
Yay! If I don't have sliders do ai just do regular full form movements for the lateral and reverse lunges etc? (I also have carpet so not sure if I should bother getting sliders? Anyone else have carpet and use sliders? I'm curious)

Yup, I used to be so intimidated by leg day, even skipping it completely. Now, i still have a love/hate relationship with leg day, but I never skip it! And my legs are so much stronger because of it!

Yeah I was tired after Day 9 as well, I took an "active recovery" day in between that and this workout (like, super chill low-impact movement) and that helped a lot...
I'm back in the game so happy. I take it rest Sunday, Monday and Tuesday because on Saturday I was tired I don't listen my body and I give more than 100 % on the training so I wake up Sunday with unsupported pain in the lower back ( I have a spina bífida) sooo i need to take a rest and gentle stretch. I'm so proud of all of us. Keep going but don't forget to listen your body. Send you positive vibe 💪💪💪💪
Ι feel like this type of workouts is what I need for my glutes, hips, thighs, and legs. 🥳😇 This is why I love all summertime fines! I wasn’t in the mood to workout today. But I pushed myself today because I didn’t want to break my challenge 😂 of smashing this summertime fine 3.0 program and I am so glad I did this workout today. I feel energetic 🎉and happy. This shows that I am discipline by starting this program (day 10 today). Just 80 more days to finish this challenge 🎉

After yesterday's workout, I had to pause twice to give myself a mental pep talk and remind myself why I'm here. Thank you for showing up for us everyday! I can’t believe I’m saying this but I LOVE QUAD AND GLUTE DAY SO MUCH. I used to loathe squats and anything to do with my legs as My knees and ankles were weak and it used to hurt soooo bad afterwards.. As I’ve gotten stronger I am loving how low I can squat, how hard I can squeeze, and the variety of moves Sydney presents to us so it’s not boring for me. Yes, my legs feel like jello and walking is interesting post workout, but I know that’s because I worked hard and am getting soooo much stronger. Take care of yourselves team, so proud of all of us.. including Sydney! I see you working sooo hard and it’s so encouraging 💛💛💛💛

Just finished this and crushed. I really pushed myself with the one leg balance deadlifts. The squat band circuit was so hard. Glute bridges are my favorite. Awesome workout Sydney and I feel powerful.
Felt great to see Sydney dancing at the end... I forgot my legs were shaking and started dancing too!!!
The dancing at the end is always the best. Everyday I think I’m not going to die from the workouts and I feel like they continue to challenge me 🥴🌶🏋🏼♀️

I got to use my new adjustable weights today! The heaviest weights I had before were 20s, and now I can bump it up. Loved it!
That's awesome !! My heaviest used to be 25 lbs. New adjustable weights are so expensive and I felt guilty for a long time about spending the money, but I'm soooo happy I finally did it. It's definitely a wise investment to improve your fitness 💪

The sirens always mean its gonna be real fam whew!! I'm so glad I came back for this work out - don't swerve leg day! I've started working 12hour shifts with an hour drive on either side so my daily Syd vids have been moved to the days I'm NOT working, which is kind of a bummer, but on my off days I've been focusing more on better nutrition, hydration, and SLEEP - the ultimate priority to be able to focused and refreshed at work! Thankful for these videos and for the Royal Change team!
Wow for real it’s like working with a personal trainer. Complimenting my own made up strength workouts with hers has made a HUGE difference. She challenges me in ways I’d never come up with for myself, and I’m pretty gym savvy. Love it.

BRUTAL LEG DAY!! Did ya'll grunt on the hamstrings in the end?! Whew!! Took me a few times to get some of the moves down but I did them and did them again! Form is more important than quantity. Thanks Sydney, my legs are strong and proud.😊
My first ever Sydney workout and wow...I have never screamed and sweated so bad❤️ I loved it
One of my favorite things about Sydney’s workouts is that the timer is there if you want to look at it, but you don’t feel the pressure of it beeping in your ear throughout the workout. She talks you through everything the perfect amount, and it makes the workout so much better (mentally) to get through. Physically, my legs are shaking 😂

Good Lord that was TOUGH!!! Pushed hard through to the end and had to modify a couple time but I am working hard to even out my strength so I CRUSHED IT!!! Day 10 of STF is complete! This was such a great and challenging leg and glute workout! I loved how Sydney incorporated the sliders👍and the bands in this workout, it adds some fun and extra resistance to the exercises! I love going back to these older workouts that I have on my favorites playlist! 😁
I can contest that Sydney is an awesome trainer if in doubt go back a few years to her when she started thanks for making me happy every day in a very strong mind and body have a nice day
This video is bangin! It had my butt on fire and my abs too. I LOVED it! I highly reccomend it. The music was aces!!! During the sumos at 27 minutes the marching beats kept me going. But Sydney's fiancee has an unbelievable talent for mixing musci that keeps me going when I feel like I can't go another rep. AWESOME AWESOME!! I am sending it to all my amigos!!
This is my favorite workout so far in the summertime fine 3.0 challenge!!!! It was very challenging, I loved the sliders for the legs, really helped me focus on the leg that was working and of course I love the Glute bridge circuit! Very challenging as always!!!!

Thank you so much Sydney for this!! Due to covid restrictions the gyms are shut in my country so I wasn't able to go heavier in weights.. but the addition of the sliders and reminders like getting more depth in a split squat, pushing against the bands a bit more, really added that intensity I was craving for.
These little creative tweaks really make a big difference for people working out at home. You're really a blessing in these tough covid times and I can't thank you enough!!

I never thought I could do squats, lunges, glute bridges with sliders, but I did. 1st thought was to just try it out, and if I can't, no big deal, dial it back and try again next time. But I did it, all 3 circuits!! Sydney's workouts, post workout speeches, and definitely the stretches have changed my fitness routine 360 degrees :) 😘
