*This was very informative, HOWEVER, I was held up trying to understand the bracket placement on the B pillar. I was concerned with making sure it was at the correct measurement for mounting. After damn near pulling all of my hair out, I came to realize via the instructions from CDC that there is a 1/8th guide holder on the pillar. Use the rivet hole in the bracket and the pillar to line it up correctly. Just figured I'd leave this for anyone who may run into what it did! Great content! Thanks!*

When drilling over or around a pre existing hole the hole saw tends to just fly around, y’all made this looks super easy not sure if maybe I did something wrong? But when you go to cut the second of the two holes that oval out the hole saw doesn’t have much but thus why I broke my first panel, wondering if there is any tips at all to help me do this, here in Canada can’t find anyone anywhere that can install this :(
I ordered it. Brackets were not marked. Asked them to sebd a replacement and it was the same. What canme with the bar was 2 brackets for sane side. They dont look different, same for the replacement, none are marked. The holes on the bracket do not line up with the holes on the instruction sheet. I drilled the panel correctly. When i tried to just hold the bracket against the holes they do not match. I installed the panel back and installed the bar and the holes on the bar line up correctly with the 2 circles i drilled in the panel so i know that is correct. Several emails and chats and am still waiting on the tech team. Ridiculous customer service. I disputed it and am waiting
