Hi Mary, so nice to hear from you. Air fryers only use a quarter of the power that your oven uses, so I try to cook anything in it, that I would put in the oven. The really big advantage is the food tastes so much better. Whole chickens for instance taste amazing. Catch you soon, take care.

Sorry, it goes in after the Oxo cube and cornflour. That essentially forms your gravy. I must have missed shooting that bit of me putting the water in. But I can clearly see the mixture is wetter after the stock cube and cornflour, so it must have gone in then. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention.

If you leave the oxo cube wrapped you can crumble it without getting it on your fingers!
