One of the things that I started doing on wash day, about a year ago, is using a hair and scalp rinse, putting on a plastic cap (or bag), and leaving it on about 15-20 minutes before rinsing it out and shampooing, etc. That makes my scalp and hair feel very fresh and clean, but not stripped. I believe that this has contributed to my hair finally moving past a plateau and becoming thicker. I found your videos a little over a year ago, subscribed, and really appreciate the valuable content that you share. Thank you and have a nice weekend! 😊

I am using Carols Daughter wash day delight shampoo & As I Am Long and Luxe Shampoo 😊 I have a very sensitive scalp that would itch all the time from constantly striping my scalp to calm down the itch but never putting back the moisture. I also grease my scalp after my green tea rinse, then I apply my olive oil on my hair, next the aussie moist milk leave-in and seal with my blue magic hair grease. Moisture, Moisture, Moisture!! All products are per your recommendation and they are yielding great results!

    I have a question.. :(
So my scalp is always inflamed after let’s say.. 2 or 3 days after washing my hair till my next washday (it’s like a cycle). At first I thought it was because of protein sensitivity but I have already switched my products and I am still experiencing the issue. So my question is do you know any antibacterial shampoos that could help? Shampoos that fight clogged pores? I have searched the internet but I have only come across anti dandruff shampoos. I‘m not experiencing dandruff tho… (thank God).
