For those who are new, when Kino says “five more” you can expect to do seven more reps and then she’ll probably say “two more” after that

This is a hard one! But thanks for pushing us to another level. I manage to hold a few second on the handstand by pushing my tight close to the body, oh the feeling was amazing.
    ~Thank you~.

Hello Kino! First of all thank you for putting these videos out there and doing what you are doing. I have been following your videos for a few months now, thank you for putting content out there. Thank you for sharing your knowledge freely online especially for someone like me who cannot afford to go to these classes.
I would just like to ask for your guidance on a more detailed breathing before going into a pose and while in a pose to lessen/release/avoid/have no cramps especially in the legs and feet, I often get these during the any yoga practice especially holding a pose even if it's just sitting in lotus position to the forward bends.
I hope you get to read this. P.s. I'll keep commenting these haha till you notice me! So please keep that mind in equanimity!

Thanks for practicing. I’m sorry that you’re feeling cramps in your feet and legs while in some poses. There could be many reasons for this, including dehydration, stress, too much tension while in the pose or even misalignment. First, always check your technique with the physical aspects of the pose. Second, check your hydration level and be sure that you’re body is well-hydrated. For your question on the breath, this is a topic that requires much depth. I believe I have some videos here on RUclips about yogic breathing. Otherwise I have a two hour breath & bandha workshop on www.Omstars.com that is where I go into the foundations of yogic breathing. Otherwise, come find me in person because working on the breath is very individual and best to be done directly between student and teacher in class.

Thank you for your response!! I do drink water maybe I have to drink more or coconut water 😂!
I would love to practice with you in person if I was not living in a remote island (siargao) in the Philippines!
If you do get a chance to visit though I would love to meet!
      Thank you again!
