I’ve had 2 knee surgeries and was told I wouldn’t be able to do L-Sit, without modifications. I then told myself never to do them since I “can’t.” Today’s class was the first time the queuing made sense, and I could successfully do a L-Sit, sans modification. I realized it wasn’t me, I just hadn’t found the right teachings that my body could equally understand. Truly, thank you so much ✨🙏🏽
I never quit....I have to take time off from MASSIVE hernia injuries from childhood.........but when I get back to Work??? .....Diva Kino is there.....Namaste
This strength flow is so amazing. I could lift higher in my Lsit today although can't hold for 5 breaths yet. Savasana felt so relaxing and peaceful. Thank you for this. ❤
just got a zumba membership, they've been recently allowing since lockdown in my area. one thing is my buttinsky, even at home from squat lifts has been on fire the past couple days that it hurts to sit on toilet. ice time:)

@@KinoYoga lol hi there- oh I do keep practicing!! I used to do crow like it was nothing! But 25 years have gone by and the covid 25lb. Eek. NOW I’ve revamped my diet- lost 15 of that 25 and looking strong! But still fell- I’ll get there!!! You’re awesome!!

I think this workout helps me with the "jump through" It is a good workout for all levels. Only the side split at the end is not for my anatomy 😂
