i love your classes Kino and i appreciated the poses to help with flexibility and strength. i was bummed you didn't give an alternative position when you went into the splits and pushed up and down on the blocks. i think my hip flexors aren't flexible enough and i couldn't get close to the splits and wasn't sure how else i could do that work. i will keep working on this though. thank you.

Thank you Kino, amazing as always all of your practice. Even though I m so stiff my hamstring doesn't tolerate the pain, I tried hard to do it and I really enjoyed it. My legs are fast half meter from the floor and really I feel disappointed with myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I finally was able to achieve Hanumanasa after this video. I have been practicing yoga for two years and this asana has been one of the most challenging ones. Your drill videos are amazing , so are you. Keep spreading your knowledge and light 🙏🏽
Since I can’t do the splits with tight ham strings from many years of playing sports standing splits with one leg up is the easiest way for me to do a handstand

nice content. usually love your videos, but the exaggeration of the speech was really distracting. One last thing - the unevenness of the counts really disrupt the flow. If you want an 8 count hold, count 8 - not a 5 count hold with chatting in between. Counting down the last 3 breaths might also help. Thanks again for all you do. i love this yoga drill. i have problems to do the split, my back leg does not straighten, what can i do to correct it?
i do too. if you're like me it could have to do with working on being more flexible in the hip flexors. that's what i think my problem is at least.
