Since you buy in bulk, consider putting the 'volatiles' like spices and nuts in the freezer in air tight containers or vacuum bags. They keep longer this way.
Otherwise, since space - particularly freezer space - comes at a premium, invest in the a good coffee/spice grinder and buy the whole spices rather than the ground up ones - again, they keep longer this way.
And for.those of us with no extra space or funds, just buy volatiles in smaller quantities. It feels like it is more expensive, but if you buy a pound of paparika and end up binning half of it - how much did you really save?
    Yep, mind blowing

Becky, try stirring your natural peanut butter really well and then store it upside down. It makes it separate less. If it does start to separate, it won't be so thick in the bottom and hard to stir. You did a great job organizing. I wish I had so much cabinet space.

As long as honey isn’t contaminated when you’re using it it should never go bad. It does crystallise sometimes which is what might have happened to yours. What I do is put very hot water in a deep bowl and stick the whole container in it. The crystals will dissolve and it’ll be runny honey again
