Sorry to hear about your generator troubles. I follow a lot of groups on facebook related to full time RV/camper living and most of them have had nothing but negative experiences with Camping World (customer service), so I can't say I'm surprised to hear this. Hope you find someplace or someone to get you back on the road soon.

If camping world is giving you the run around I would contact corporate right away.

3 months of run-around is ridiculous. Obviously Camping World has no intention of fixing your generator nor care about your problem. On the other hand, Katie is such a nice friend for let you stay at her apt while you figure out what to do about the generator.

I'm curious if you could find the part you need for your generator off of eBay, even if used? I've bought parts that have been on indefinite backorder that way. Sometimes I have to put an alert on my search if nobody is selling it at the moment, but they do tend to show up as folks part stuff out. You visited lots of fun places. The sandwich shop was so darned cheap and that apple pie looked like the real deal! ❤️

Have you tried writing to the Better Business Bureau? Your state attorney? They have an area where you can send in your formal complaint. Good luck
