@@kimtongo3533 As with the rest of the family, living with the loss. She is being well taken care of by Maria's husband. Thanks for asking - it served as a reminder to me that I've not gotten to post any followup on Harley. I do have a few pictures but haven't put them all together.

Apparently you didn't read the above comment from her brother. He stated Maria passed away. And , to answer your question, everyone has their own reasons for how they deal with terminal illness. Some find it helpful to create a network of followers who support, pray, and relate to an individual's journey. There is no right way to face one's challenges. You stated: "im a survivor and never gave it a thought to tell my experience"; and albeit short, you did just share your story on social media. We should never judge. Feel blessed, but also remember to pray for those who are suffering.

I for one am grateful to have known this beautiful lady through her videos. I am thankful she shared her story on social media.

My aunt died recently within 5 months due to stomach cancer 😢

My dad just died of pancreatic cancer 6 days after diagnosis. It was an awful death. He wanted to go home, but his pain was much greater than what could be handled with the oral pain medication that you get with in home hospice. We took him home and tried because we had no idea what to expect, but had to get help from a residential hospice on his last day so that he could get some relief. I am so sorry that you fought this beast and ultimately lost the fight. I guess that I can only be thankful that his battle was short lived.
