i use the crossbow one and i use it as my support weapon actually cause i bring the machine gun as my main weapon. it have more fire rate and have the same utility as the eruptor to me, wich is close bug nests and do some splash damage or finish chargers. it's a bit tricky when i die but it's a awesome build to me, feels good have a 150 bullets machine gun haha.

eruptor max range is around 95-100m before bullet explodes

the eruptor's bullets can ricochet against surfaces that would be the reason why your taking damage

I just play, and whatever I find is usually enough to buy the next Warbond. I have never felt the need to "farm" for SC, and have unlocked everything in the game so far with a basic game, no Super Citizen edition or purchasing SC.

Problem with this on console is you have to go into the settings and to turn it on they don't have it built into the game to turn on so everybody that doesn't know about it won't Go out of their way like The beta had cross-play turn off support built-in also input based matchmaking is off no matter what you do you can't even turn it on so you have to play with mouse and keyboard no choice 😞 so damn annoying

Muscle enhancement does not help with vegetation, that's a myth. Same way people have been spreading misinformation about the vitality booster giving you more health. It does not, it makes only your limbs more resistant to damage which does nothing in practice since for 1: your main source of incoming damage from bots and bugs will almost always be on the torso and 2: it does so little i bet you wouldn't even notice the difference. Just earlier I took about 5-10% health bar damage getting scraped with bile and still had my arm broken with that perk active. People have been spreading misinformation about boosters since the dawn of this game since no one knows the actual stats and it's all "from my experience"

I play on LvL 8 For Bugs, I use the incendiary shotty, Spear, and Senator for weapons. For stratigims, I use the auto cannon turret, gatling barrage, and air burst. Dropping 300+ kills every game with 50+ kill streaks. It's really fun. I target heavys and make that my role in the squad and use my stratagims to cover retreating or advancing towards an objective depending on the mission. Using medium armor with the democracy protects perk 90% of the time. I use heavy on defend / kill missions when the map is very small.

I'm starting to suspect the performance issues on PC could be related to Nvidia's reliance on DLSS in recent years and low Vram. I run a 6800xt Red Devil paired with a 5900x and I never drop below my TV's maximum 60fps on max settings at 4k even with ridiculous numbers of enemies on-screen. Meanwhile on my 1440p monitor I still max out the frame rate at 144fps while playing. The most I saw it drop was to around 100fps when recording. To be fair I have yet to record a game when playing in 4k on my TV so I may have a more significant drop in performance in that situation. Edit: I just saw you stated you're running a 1000 series, my bad. I do have friends with 4000 series RTX cards complaining of huge frame drops in recent patches as well.

im thinking this is a big, personally. I hope...becasue I ran like 5 or 6 and I had spotty scanning on every single one. sometimes none would scan, sometimes partially, but NEVER could I scan for everything at any point

i think the blitzer is one of the best primaries in the game right now poersonally

Crossbow and jetpack is my go To for quick mobility. The explosive crossbow allows you you break fences for faster access

Jar5 dominator is amazing against bugs… huge knock back against brood mothers and chews through all armored enemies….. pair with new armor and no drift lag with reticule …… meta.

Regarding frame rate drops, there is a known bug where having your Steam and/or your PSN friends list set to "Private" reduces performance by 25-33% after opening the menu. The fix is to set these lists to "Public" until the issue is resolved

Don’t forget to take the new spear if you’re out of ammo. It comes in with a loaded rocket. Since the heavy machine gun got patched it seems like it is usefull now. A few shots in the face of a hulk will kill them. But 3 or 4 shots in the back with Scorcher is doing the job also. I love to take eagles airstrike + 500, rail cannon strike/orbital strike and a turret/orbital laser. I‘m just running from target to target to clear out these outposts before they even notice it. Last time I run this a factory walker dropped in front of me. I gave him 5 eagles plus laser and cannon strike. It was still walking, jees. These things are hilarious tanky dude. Edit: If you’re running away from the automatons pull out your one handed gun (pistol or smg) and shoot behind you while running. If you shoot at them they’ll have reduced precision

you can try using flamethrower and shield backpack with peak physic for a good combo

The chargers taking you with them is the reason why I don’t use the shield anymore. I switched to the guard dog laser. Charges will tackle you away but no more stucking between their legs. It kills enemies if you’re running. Also Stalkers if they’re visible.

Everyone still takes Orbital Railcannon even after being mathematically worse than many other stratagems that do a better job. I’d rather have the guaranteed kill with Orbital Strike and stun more often than wait an eternity for Railcannon to come off cooldown to just break armor. Even rocket pods are better for that! It’s a terrible strat for the wait and what you get period.

its almost annoying how good the incendiary breaker is. it easily clears every other weapon. the sawn off is really nice however, its a side but if you fire all three shells you one tap brood commanders to the face. im trying to figure out how to make a build work with the crossbow or eruptor right now. if I can get a bit better with the flam I think I could gget it to work cause it seems like a really fun build.

My tips doing almost the exact same run: - Walk a circle counter clock wise on the map because of the angle of the path to the container. - Use the compass above to look for question marks. - shoot the fances from a distance with a grenade, so you don't have to walk around it. - doing this with a team of 4 is just insanely fast. Bugs are busted. I get railed by 6 chargers 3 brood commanders and like 800 different bugs and they are just patrols. I'm a solo player and its actually making it so unbearable to play any mission on 5 or above 5 just completely impossible.

Ngl Railcanon strike has insanely high cooldown and doesnt even one shot Bile titans. A well timed precision strike is better imo

Don't have the fire breaker yet ? It's so disgustingly overpowered it even shreds chargers if shoot them in the ass. Jar 5 dominator is also really nice vs bugs now Also try fire breaker with stuns, spear, grenade pistol for holes, with 500kg, rail, gas strike or whatever else, gas strike is slept on its had some giga buffs so op for clearing trash mob ls throw it on a bug breach an they all die before they even. get to move.
