The Eruptor is actually insane. I think there are still some glitches with it causing me to take damage if I shoot near a wall but don't actually hit it but other than that, it's really incredible tbh.

Hold R to change weapon settings (scope zoom, firing mode, flashlight settings). The AMR scope (which the Eruptor has) can go up to a zoom of 200m.

Yes! I thought I was the only one who thought eruptor was underrated. I recently started playing it almost all the time on bot missions. Diligence CS rifle is also very good for newer players.
The Diligence is insane! I just used it in a video I Recorded today, it's so much fun
Bro what’s your build with the Eruptor? Just used Eruptor/HMG for the past couple hours and it was so much fun.
@@Jaakeup unless in a coordinated 4 stack, I strongly believe one’s build needs 1. One thing to kill objectives. 2. An “Inside+Outside” game. E.G. if one goes AMR, one needs a shotgun or other close up primary weapon. That also allows grenade pistol easily. But if one goes eruptor , the secondary has to be Senator/ Redeemer etc.
Half the reason the Diligence-CS feels strong is because I don’t lose it when I die, unlike the AMR. Then the third weapon spot is an amazing, but not mandatory weapon.
eruptor max range is around 95-100m before bullet explodes

I guess they changed it then or you include splash radius. I tested it on fabricators and only managed to destroy them from 95 m, even perfect shots at 110 didn't work for me.
Yup. Can be a pain in the ass lol. Same with the bullet travel time needing to lead shots. Good weapon, but it has its faults.
i use the crossbow one and i use it as my support weapon actually cause i bring the machine gun as my main weapon. it have more fire rate and have the same utility as the eruptor to me, wich is close bug nests and do some splash damage or finish chargers. it's a bit tricky when i die but it's a awesome build to me, feels good have a 150 bullets machine gun haha.
Oh that's smart! I gotta do that cause I like the idea of using the lmg as a main!

the eruptor's bullets can ricochet against surfaces that would be the reason why your taking damage

XD. Eruptor is good! I rarely use it tbh, just not my playstyle. But I've got a friend who uses it as his main.

@@Jaakeup I just dislike it's slow fire rate, hurts you in close range stuff. I'm usually in the thick of things, it's why I prefer a shotgun.
@@fediken83 oh for sure, the slow fire rate sucks I basically spent the whole time trying to figure out how to reload cancel lol. And the close range thing sucks super hard too but being able to take out the devastators feels super good
