All's you have to do to get rid of that troll is to click on their comment on the name and then it will come up as rude comments or harassment just click on whatever you feel and then they will take them out real quick that will be RUclips that does it. I hate the trolls that come in and do that especially your plate that looks so delicious you eat with your eyes first. I haven't made enchiladas for a long time. I have a very large family but since I'm all alone now single and a senior citizen I can't make big plates anymore like this and I can't get used to making just for 1 person. If I can't get a hold of my kids then, I usually end up giving it all the way to neighbors ❤😊❣ I just barely found you and I am going to subscribe to you because I can tell you are a very amazing, phenomenal, cook. You've got me hooked and I've been cooking Mexican food for over 50 years now..❤

Thanks for making a wonderful dish so easy. I grew up in Northern Ohio with none of these dishes. I Moved to Texas in 1984. My son was 7 ears old. We did not eat anything spicey hot. By the time he was a teenager he was putting cayenne pepper on his popcorn. We were introduced to these culinary delights by neighbors in our first apartment here. I could not believe what I was missing. We did enjoy biscuits and gravy, fried chicken and other country fair as my Mom was straight off the farm in Indiana. Thanks for this, I look forward to making it.

It's a year later. I saw your enchilada sauce recipe. I made the sauce for my chicken enchiladas. Wow!, Delicious! I made a dozen enchiladas and covered them all up .🤤. They were a great hit . My adult children LOVED 😍 your sauce recipe.😋 So did I. 😉 Going to try all your recipes. I am Mexican and this is not Tex Mex! This is the most common comfort food all real Mexican moms make! It is delicious but I live in Texas and Tex Mex is completely different food and Tex Mex is not Mexican is the result of a mixed of two cultures; North Mexican food and Texan food. You guys need to stop calling everything Tex Mex because Tex Mex is not authentic Mexican it only has influence.

Well,mija I make my enchiladas the way my grandma and my mom and family made it. We grew up on a farm and my grew chile and other produce. So we make our chile in the blender. Now we don't plant chile or other crops. My brother has a little garden and plants jalapeños, green chile, tomatoes just a small garden. Now we buy two sacks of fresh roasted hot green chile from friend and freeze it and in the fall we buy 2 sacks of hot red chile. So we made our chile home made I only put a little garlic salt and since its very chile hot I also add a little flour in the blender with water and blend it up. I'm from NM 30 minutes from El Paso, TX. Your enchiladas looked very good. But we're raised using fresh chile to make red or green Chile enchiladas. 🥰

San Antonian here and this recipe is bussin! Only difference is that I cooked mine in the instant pot.

For the ingredients go to where the enchiladas title is click where it says more n it opens a description screen on the right than under u will see small pictures and where it says ingredients it gives the measurements etc.😀 GL.

You will never satisfy anyone if the video is long or short, if u name ur enchiladas tex mex or whatever u explain very well and for meat enchiladas some are beef, turkey, chicken, cheese or whatever u have on hand.
